Description
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態に係る電池パックの分解斜視図である。まず、図1を参照しながら、電池パックの概略構成を説明する。図1は、電池パック1、及びこれに取り付ける各種付属部品を示している。素電池2は、例えばアルミ又はアルミ合金で形成された厚さの薄い角形の外装缶3内に、発電要素を内蔵したものである。素電池2は、例えば、角形リチウムイオン電池であり、携帯電話やモバイル機器等に用いられる。

Claims (4)
- 素電池に保護回路及び保護素子を取り付けた電池パックであって、
一端が開口した有底筒状の外装缶と、
前記外装缶の内周面と嵌合した封口体とを備えており、
前記封口体と前記外装缶とで、前記封口体を底面とし、前記外装缶を側面とし、かつ一端が開口した箱状部分を形成しており、
前記箱状部分の内側に、前記保護回路及び前記保護素子を収納していることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 前記封口体は、一端が開口した箱体であり、前記封口体の側壁の外周面が前記外装缶の内周面と嵌合している請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記封口体の上端と前記外装缶の上端との間の継ぎ目部において、前記封口体と前記外装缶とを接合している請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記封口体の側壁の内周面は、前記側壁の厚さが、底面に近づくにつれて大きくなるように傾斜している請求項2に記載の電池パック。
