Abstract
BATERIA SECUNDÁRIA DE ESTRUTURA TIPO MONTAGEM É provida uma bateria secundária de uma estrutura tipo montagem,compreendendo: um corpo da célula que inclui um conjunto do eletrodo de catodo/separador/anodo selado nele; e um conjunto da tampa incluindo um circuito de proteção conectado eletricamente no corpo da célula de maneira a controlar sobredescarga e sobrecorrente da bateria, e um alojamento da tampa cobrindo uma parte superior da bateria, e sendo acoplado de forma desanexável no corpo da célula. De acordo com a presente invenção, uma vez que o conjunto da tampa incluindo o circuito de proteção, alojamento da tampa e similares é montado de forma desanexável e conectado eletricamente no corpo da célula, e também podem ser fixos de forma fisicamente firme um no outro, são providos efeitos capazes de reduzir bastante as etapas do processo de fabricação da bateria, e solucionar todos os problemas associados com o uso de invólucros de bateria e moldagem por injeção de inserção. Portanto, a presente invenção pode reduzir os custos de produção da bateria e a taxa de rejeição, facilitar o ré-trabalho mediante ocorrência de rejeição em componentes particulares e concretizar automação mais eficiente do processo de fabricação da bateria.
