Claims (18)
- ケーシングと、軸方向に延びるケーシングボア内に配置された挿入部材と、前記ケーシングの周囲側に設けられた高圧接続部とを有し、該挿入部材が、当該挿入部材と前記ケーシングの間で軸方向に付勢された許容範囲内で降伏点まで負荷可能な支持スリーブを支持するよう構成された内燃機関用の燃料噴射装置において、
前記ケーシングボア(7)における前記支持スリーブ(18)が挿通されている領域に高圧側の燃料リザーバ室を形成するとともに、前記支持スリーブ(18)の周囲側で前記高圧接続部(12)を前記燃料リザーバ室に開口させ、前記支持スリーブ(18)を、その壁面部にフィルタ面を有するフューエルフィルタとして形成するとともに、該フィルタ面を介して燃料を前記支持スリーブ(18)の内部空間(22)へ流入させるよう構成し、前記挿入部材(8)を流量制限弁(9)によって形成したことを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記壁面部にフィルタ開口部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記壁面部に孔(23)を設けるとともに、該孔の断面でフィルタ材料を収容するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記支持スリーブ(18)に、多孔性の発泡材料から成るフィルタ領域を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ領域を多孔性の発泡金属で形成したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記支持スリーブ(18)に、多孔性の焼結材料から成るフィルタ領域を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ領域を多孔性の焼結金属で形成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記壁面部に孔(23)を設けるとともに、前記支持スリーブ(18)の外面及び/又は内面にフィルタ用被覆物を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ用被覆物をフィルタスリーブとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項8記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ用被覆物をフィルタカバーとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項9記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ用被覆物を、少なくとも部分的に発泡性の多孔材で形成したことを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ用被覆物を多孔性の発泡金属で形成したことを特徴とする請求項11記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ用被覆物の少なくとも一部を多孔性の焼結材料で形成したことを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ用被覆物を多孔性の焼結金属で形成したことを特徴とする請求項13記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記フィルタ開口部を孔(23)又はスリットで形成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記孔をスリットとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項3〜15のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記孔を、前記支持スリーブ(18)の長手方向へ延びるスリットとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項16記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記孔を、前記支持スリーブ(18)の長手方向に対して直角方向に延びるスリットとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項17記載の燃料噴射装置。
