Abstract

İçten yanmalı motorlarda kullanılan yüksek basınçlı püskürtme sistemlerinde enjektör memesindeki delik çaplarının küçülmesi beraberinde yakıt içindeki çok küçük katı parçacıkların bile bu delikleri tamamen veya kısmen tıkaması tehlikesini ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu buluş ile enjektör memesi (7) deliklerinin (8) yakıt veya püskürtme sisteminden kaynaklanan katı parçacıklar ile tıkanmasını önleyen ve her türlü yakıt püskürtme enjektörüne uygulanabilecek bir entegre filtre açıklanmaktadır. Ayrıca entegre filtre içinde bulunan ve katı parçacıkların birikebileceği bir yapıya sahip olan bir toplama hacmi (12) sayesinde entegre filtre elemanı uzun bir işletme ömürüne sahip olacaktır.Entergre filtre ile ilave bir kazanım ise enjektör iğnesinin (5) fatura (13)boyutunu beli,rleyerek iğne (5) kapalı konumda iken dış yüzeyinin (15) üzerinde yer alan eliklerin (6) bir bölümünü rtmesi ve böylece püskürtme başlangıcından ilerleyen püskürtme sürecinde akış kesitini değiştirerek kademeli püskürtme olana
