Description
本発明の一実施形態を図1ないし図15を参照して説明する。
1.スチームコンベクションオーブンMの構造説明
本実施形態に適用されたスチームコンベクションオーブンMは、ホットエアによるオーブン調理と、スチームによるスチーム調理及びこれらを複合的に使用するコンビネーション調理が可能な調理器である。本加熱装置Mは、図1にて示すようにボックス型の筐体3を備え、内部に食材を収容するためのオーブン庫10を設けている。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。

Claims (3)
- スチームコンベクションオーブンであって、
オーブン庫と、
前記オーブン庫内に設置され、複数枚のブレードを具備したファンと、
前記ファンの周囲を取り囲むように配置された熱交換器と、
スチーム発生用の水を給水する給水管と、
前記給水管を通じて給水された水を前記ファンのブレードに拡散させる拡散部材と、を備えてなる共に、
前記拡散部材は、周壁に拡散スリットを形成したボックス型であって、前記ファンの軸部に対して一体回転可能に固定されており、更に、
前記拡散部材の形状を前記ブレードの枚数と同数の頂点を持つ正多角形状にし、各頂点に対応して前記拡散スリットを設ける構成とすることを特徴とするスチームコンベクションオーブン。 - 前記拡散スリットの周方向の位置を、前記ファン側のブレードの中間位置に合わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスチームコンベクションオーブン。
- 前記ファンの軸部に対して前記拡散部材を回り止めする回転規制手段を設けることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のスチームコンベクションオーブン。
