Claims (6)
- 燃焼室壁体(15)を備え、該燃焼室壁体が、内表面(12’、12”)と、該内表面の外側に設けられた冷却流路(14)とを備えている、高温ガスチャンバにおいて、
前記燃焼室(4)に臨む前記燃焼室壁体(15)の前記内表面(12’、12”)は、その少なくとも一部領域が撥水性を有するように形成され、液膜状凝縮の発生を回避し、凝縮液の液滴が形成されることを促進するように構成されていて、凝縮液の液滴が前記燃焼室内にて高温ガス流により霧状になるように構成される、ことを特徴とする高温ガスチャンバ。 - 前記燃焼室(4)の流路断面狭隘部(11)より下流側の前記内表面(12”)の領域が、液膜状凝縮の発生を回避するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の高温ガスチャンバ。
- 撥水性を有するように形成された前記内表面(12”)の前記領域が、撥水性コーティング層(16)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の高温ガスチャンバ。
- 前記燃焼室壁体(15)の前記内表面のうちの、前記撥水性コーティング層(16)の下に位置する領域の内表面(12”)が、前記燃焼室壁体(15)の、撥水性コーティング層を備えていない領域の内表面(12’)と比べて、より高い表面粗さを有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の高温ガスチャンバ。
- 前記高温ガスチャンバは、高温ガス流を噴射するエンジンの燃焼室であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の高温ガスチャンバ。
- 前記エンジンはロケットエンジンである請求項5記載の高温ガスチャンバ。
