Description
Claims (2)
- 筒部及び該筒部の一端から内側へ延出されている円板部を有する金属芯体の前記筒部に合成樹脂歯体を結合してなる歯車において、
前記筒部は他端から径方向外方へ延出されている鍔部を有し、
前記筒部の外周部及び内周部に、前記筒部の軸長方向から加えられた成形圧により形成されている複数の回止溝を配してあり、
前記外周部の回止溝は前記一端から前記鍔部に亘って設けてあり、
前記内周部の回止溝は前記他端から前記円板部に亘って設けてあり、
前記合成樹脂歯体は、前記外周部の回止溝及び内周部の回止溝の夫々に結合されていることを特徴とする歯車。 - 操舵補助用の電動モータの出力軸に繋がる駆動歯車と、該駆動歯車に噛合し、舵取手段に繋がる請求項1に記載の歯車とを備え、前記電動モータの回転により操舵補助するようになしてあることを特徴とする電動パワーステアリング装置。
