Claims (8)
- 일단부는 조향휠과 연결되며 외주면에 토크 센서가 결합되는 입력축;
상기 입력축의 타단부와 연결되는 일단부 외주면에 웜휠이 결합되는 출력축;
상기 웜휠과 인접된 위치의 출력축 외주면에 결합되는 출력축 베어링;
상기 출력축 베어링의 외륜 외측과 기어하우징 사이에 결합되어 상기 출력축 베어링을 경방향으로 지지하는 지지부재;
를 포함하는 자동차의 조향컬럼. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 출력축 베어링의 외륜과 상기 지지부재는 상기 기어하우징의 외측에 결합되는 베어링 브라켓에 의해 축방향으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향컬럼. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 출력축 베어링의 내륜은 상기 출력축의 외주면에 결합되는 록너트에 의해 축방향으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향컬럼. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 지지부재는 링 형상으로 일측이 절개 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향컬럼. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 지지부재는 상기 베어링 브라켓과 맞닿는 부위에 직경이 확대된 대경부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향컬럼. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 기어하우징은 상기 지지부재가 삽입되는 안착홈이 형성되고, 상기 안착홈에는 상기 대경부가 삽입되어 축방향으로 지지되는 확경부가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향컬럼. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입력축은 상기 토크 센서와 인접된 위치의 외주면에 입력축 베어링이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향컬럼. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 입력축 베어링의 외륜은 기어하우징의 단턱부에 축방향으로 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 조향컬럼.
