上記各実施例、比較例で得られた各炭素質材料を用いて、以下のようにして非水溶媒系二次電池を作成し、その特性を評価した。
Claims (14)
- 装置上部から原料粉粒体を供給する原料供給口と、
装置下部から処理後の製品を排出する製品排出口と、
粉粒体を処理ガス雰囲気中で高温処理する処理室と、
当該処理室上部で当該処理室外部に設けられた外部加熱手段と、
当該処理室下部で当該処理室と流体連通し、当該処理室外部に設けられた外部冷却手段を有する冷却室と、
当該外部加熱手段の下部で当該外部冷却手段の上部に設けられた処理ガス供給口と、を具備し、
運転時に、原料粉粒体を当該原料供給口から供給して装置内を下降させると同時に、当該処理ガス供給口から処理ガスを粉粒体の最小流動化速度未満の供給速度で供給して装置内を上昇させることにより、粉粒体と処理ガスとを向流接触させて当該処理室下部に移動層が形成され、当該処理室上部では当該外部加熱手段からの熱によって粉粒体の上昇流が維持されて流動層が形成・維持され、移動層の上部に流動層が連続して形成され、当該処理室下部では当該外部冷却手段により粉粒体が冷却される
連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。 - 前記処理室の上部に流体連通状態に設けられている気固分離室をさらに具備する、請求項1に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記処理室には、装置運転時に形成される流動層および/または移動層の高さ位置を検出する位置検出手段がさらに設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記位置検出手段は、静圧検出器である、請求項3に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記処理室上部には、少なくとも1の立体構造物がさらに設けられている、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記処理室の上部に流体連通状態に設けられている気固分離室を具備し、
前記立体構造物は、前記処理室と該気固分離室との間に設けられている処理室から気固分離室への熱移動を遮蔽する遮熱板である、請求項5に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。 - 前記遮熱板は、前記処理室の断面積の20〜90%の断面積を有する、請求項6に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記立体構造物は、複数の円錐形構造物を含む、請求項5〜7の何れか1項に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記立体構造物は、処理室壁面側と中央側とに互い違いに設けられている、請求項5〜8の何れか1項に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記気固分離室の断面積は、前記処理室の断面積よりも大きく構成されている、請求項2〜9の何れか1項に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 前記処理室には撹拌手段がさらに設けられている、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 二次電池電極用炭素質材料製造装置である、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置を用いる粉粒体処理方法。
- 請求項12に記載の連続式粉粒体高温ガス処理装置を用いて、
原料粉粒体として予備焼成炭を供給し、
処理ガスとして窒素ガスおよび/または塩素ガスを含むガスを供給し、
処理室を500℃〜3000℃に加熱して、処理室内に移動層および流動層を連続して形成させ、粉粒体および処理ガスの滞留時間を0.1〜10時間として処理する、二次電池電極用炭素質材料の製造方法。
