Claims (8)

前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンと第2の塗布微細複製パターンとが10マイクロメートル以内に位置合わせされているとともに、前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンまたは第2の塗布微細複製パターンが、前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンまたは前記第2の塗布微細複製パターンの少なくとも選択されたパターン要素の長さに沿った変動高さを備え、前記変動高さが前記少なくとも選択されたパターン要素の前記長さに沿って位置する複数の局所高さ最大値と局所高さ最小値とを備えるとともに、前記変動高さが第1の値未満の前記局所高さ最大値と局所高さ最小値との間の高さの差の平均値を有し、前記第1の値が0.5〜5マイクロメートルの範囲である微細複製物品。 - 前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンまたは前記第2の塗布微細複製パターンが、50〜100マイクロメートルの範囲の、前記変動高さ長さに沿った局所高さ最大値間の平均間隔を備える、請求項1に記載の微細複製物品。
- 前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンが複数のプリズムを備えるとともに、前記第2の塗布微細複製パターンが複数の円柱レンズを備え、前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンと前記第2の塗布微細複製パターンとが、50〜150マイクロメートルの範囲の繰り返し周期を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の微細複製物品。
- 互いに対して反対側の第1および第2の対向表面を有する、ウェブ形状の基板を設けるステップと、
前記第1の対向表面上に第1の塗布微細複製パターンと前記第2の対向表面上に第2の塗布微細複製パターンとを形成するために、前記基板をロールツーロール成形装置を通過させるステップとを含み、
前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンと前記第2の塗布微細複製パターンとが10マイクロメートル以内に位置合わせされているとともに、前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンと第2の塗布微細複製パターンとが複数のレンズ要素を形成し、前記レンズ要素が、前記第1の塗布微細複製パターンまたは第2の塗布微細複製パターンの少なくとも選択されたレンズ要素の長さに沿った変動高さを備え、前記変動高さが前記少なくとも選択されたレンズ要素の前記長さに沿って位置する複数の局所高さ最大値と局所高さ最小値とを備えるとともに、前記変動高さが0.5〜5マイクロメートルの範囲の前記局所高さ最大値と局所高さ最小値との間の高さの差の平均値を有する、複数の微細複製レンズ要素を含む微細複製物品を作製する方法。 - 前記通過させるステップが、前記基板をロールツーロール成形装置を通過させて複数のレンズ要素を形成するステップを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
