- 소형 백라이트 유닛에 사용되는 프리즘시트에 있어서,제1프리즘시트와, 상기 제1프리즘시트의 상부에 적층되되 프리즘 축이 상기 제1프리즘시트의 프리즘 축과 소정의 각도로 교차되는 제2프리즘시트를 포함하며,상기 제1 및 제2프리즘시트는 각각 투광성 재료로 이루어지는 기저층과, 상기 기저층의 상부에 적층되며 10~30㎛의 피치를 갖는 다수의 프리즘 패턴으로 이루어지는 집광층을 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2프리즘시트의 프리즘 패턴 내부에는 다수의 비드가 함유되어, 상기 프리즘 패턴에서 집광 및 광확산이 이루어지도록 하며,상기 제1 및 제2프리즘시트는 각각 기저층의 하부에 적층되는 확산층을 더 포함하며, 상기 확산층에는 다수의 비드가 함유되되 상기 확산층의 하부면으로부터 소정높이로 돌출되고,상기 제1 및 제2프리즘시트의 프리즘 패턴은 꼭지각이 85~95°인 삼각형 단면을 갖도록 형성되며,상기 제1 및 제2프리즘시트의 프리즘 패턴은 각각의 꼭지부가 상기 기저층의 일방향을 따라 높이가 변화되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 백라이트 유닛용 프리즘시트.
