Claims (2)
- 陽極直流端子と交流端子との間に直列に接続された上アームスイッチ及び上アームダイオードを有する上アームと、陰極直流端子と前記交流端子との間に直列に接続された下アームスイッチ及び下アームダイオードを有する下アームとからなるアーム部と前記交流端子とを、前記交流端子に接続される交流負荷に応じて複数備えてなるインバータ部、前記陽極直流端子と前記陰極直流端子との間に直列に接続された平滑リアクトル及び直流電源、前記複数の上アームスイッチ及び前記複数の下アームスイッチをオンオフ制御することにより前記複数の交流端子に交流電力を出力する駆動回路を備える電流型インバータ装置において、
前記複数の上アームスイッチの内の1つ以上のスイッチ及び前記複数の下アームスイッチの内の1つ以上のスイッチは、ノーマリオン型のスイッチからなり、
前記ノーマリオン型のスイッチの制御端子と2つの主端子の内の一方の主端子とを短絡させる保護回路を有し、
前記保護回路は、外部指令又は前記陽極直流端子及び前記陰極直流端子間の電圧に基づき前記ノーマリオン型のスイッチの前記制御端子と前記一方の主端子とを短絡させることにより、前記ノーマリオン型のスイッチがオン状態になり、前記平滑リアクトルから前記ノーマリオン型のスイッチを介して前記直流電源までの電流経路が形成されることを特徴とする電流型インバータ装置。 - 前記ノーマリオン型のスイッチは、ワイドバンドギャップ半導体からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電流型インバータ装置。
