Claims (24)
- 雌ねじと、少なくとも2つのパーツ(101,102;201,202;301,401,501,701,702)とを有するナット(100,200,300,400,500,700)であって、

前記ナット(200,300,400,500)の各々のパーツ(201,202;301,401,501)は、2つの案内面(209,210;211,212;303,304;403,404;503,504)を有し、

- 前記複数の案内面(209,210,211,212)は、一定の外径を有する横たえられた円筒状シリンダの外周面の一部と同じ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のナット(200)。
- 前記複数の案内面(209,210,211,212)同士が組み合わせられる際に、前記雌ねじの軸方向と、前記円筒状シリンダの外周面の一部と同じ形状を有する案内面の半径方向とが同一方向となることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のナット(200)。
- 前記複数の案内面(403,404)は、螺旋面に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のナット(400)。
- 前記複数の案内面(403,404)の前記螺旋面は、前記ナットの複数のねじセクションの分割面に対し直角に延びている軸回りに巻きつけられ、かつ前記雌ねじの軸に対し径方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のナット(400)。
- 前記複数のパーツ(101,102;201,202;301,401,501)は、弾性変形可能な材料から製造されていることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット(100,200,300,400,500)。
- 前記複数のパーツ(101,102;201,202)は、複数の向かい合っている追加の案内面(133−136,137−140;213−216)を有し、これらの案内面は、前記雌ねじの軸に対し平行に延びている面に位置していることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット(100,200)。
- 前記雌ねじの軸に対し平行に延びている面に位置している前記複数の案内面(133−136,137−140;213−216)は、前記複数のパーツ(101,102;201,202)が相対移動されることが可能な径方向に対し平行に延びていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のナット(100,200)。
- 使用状態での前記複数のパーツ(101,102;201,202;301,401,501)は、共通の接触面(141,142,217,218)を有し、前記接触面は、前記ナットの、雄ねじへの固い締付の際に、前記雄ねじと結合される支持面(221)に接触していることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット(100,200,300,400,500)。
- 各々のパーツ(201,202)の前記接触面(217,218)は、或る縁部に斜面(219,220)を有し、前記斜面は、前記接触面(217,218)に対し、使用状態において前記パーツ(201,202)を設ける際の回転角度に対応する角度を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のナット(200)。
- 使用状態での前記複数のパーツは、夫々、少なくとも1つの接触点を有し、この接触点は、前記ナットの、雄ねじへの固い締付の際に、前記雄ねじと結合される支持面に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれか1に記載のナット。
- 前記接触点は、任意の或るパーツの縁部領域に少なくとも2つの他の点と協働して斜面を規定し、この斜面は、前記支持面に対し、使用状態での前記パーツを設ける際の回転角度に対応する角度を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のナット。
- 複数のパーツのうちの少なくも1つのパーツの前記雌ねじセクション(302)の少なくとも1つの端部領域(316)に、複数のねじ溝が、除去されていることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット。
- 2つの同一のパーツ(301,401,501)を有することを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット(300,400,500)。
- 前記使用状態における前記同一のパーツ(301,401,501)が、前記雌ねじの軸、又は前記雌ねじに対し径方向におよび前記雌ねじセクションの前記分割面に延びている軸を中心として、180°相対回転されていることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット(300,400,500)。
- 前記複数のパーツ(101,102;201,202;301,401,501)の各々は、圧縮成形工程で製造されていることを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット(100,200,300,400,500)。
- 前記複数のパーツ(701,702)は、複数の互いに協働する保持要素(704,706)を有し、
これらの保持要素は、前記複数のパーツ(701,702)を少なくとも部分的に嵌め込んだ状態で、互いに接して取り付けるようにしたことを特徴とする前記すべての請求項のいずれか1に記載のナット(700)。 - 前記複数の保持要素は、以下の協働する装置の少なくとも1、すなわち、

- 前記肩部(604)は、前記雌ねじ(602)に続く溝部(603)の壁部であることを特徴とする請求項22に記載のナット。
- 請求項1ないし21のいずれか1に記載のナットを取り付けるためのツールであって、
前記ツールは、前記ナットの前記パーツのために夫々取り付け具を有し、前記取り付け具は、前記取り付け具が、相対的に、および前記雌ねじの軸に対し径方向に延びている方向に移動運動を行なうように、駆動手段によって、互いに連結され、
前記複数の取り付け具は、少なくとも最後の運動段階で、前記雌ねじの軸に対し横方向に延びている回転軸を中心として回転を行ない、そのあと、前記ナットの前記複数のパーツが使用状態に達することを特徴とするツール。
