Description
Claims (3)
- 少なくとも一対の連続電気閉回路プレートを有するバッファコンデンサであり、
(a)前記一対の連続電気閉回路プレートの各々が少なくとも一つの連続電気閉回路に配置される電気伝導性物質からなり、前記一対の連続電気閉回路プレートの端部が排斥され、その結果前記一対の連続電気閉回路プレートの端部において電荷の集中が排斥され、
(b)前記一対の連続電気閉回路プレートの各々が前記一対の連続電気閉回路プレートの各々を電気回路に接続する手段として少なくとも一つの連続電気閉回路コネクタを備え、
(c)前記連続電気閉回路コネクタを備えた前記連続電気閉回路プレートの各々が誘電物質の少なくとも一つの層を挟んで互いに別のプレートの上面に平行に配置されることを特徴とするバッファコンデンサ。 - 前記連続電気閉回路プレートは少なくとも一つの連続電気閉回路に配置される電気伝導性物質からなり、前記連続電気閉回路の前記電気伝導性物質の内周囲に誘電物質を設けて、前記連続電気閉回路の前記電気伝導性物質の前記内周囲が直接内周囲自体に接触しないようにすることにより、前記連続電気閉回路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッファコンデンサ。
- 前記一対の連続電気閉回路プレートの前記連続電気閉回路プレートの各々は少なくとも一つの連続電気閉回路コネクタを備え、前記連続電気閉回路コネクタは少なくとも一つの連続電気閉回路に配置される電気伝導性物質からなり、前記電気伝導性物質は部分的に絶縁され、前記電気伝導性物質の内周囲の前記部分的に絶縁された部位にわたって内周囲が直接内周囲自体に接触しないようにすることによって、前記連続電気閉回路を形成し、前記連続電気閉回路は電気回路に電気的に接続する手段を設け、前記連続電気閉回路の前記電気伝導性物質の非絶縁部を用いて各前記一対の連続電気閉回路プレートなどの電気回路に接続される電気伝導性物質に電気的に接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッファコンデンサ。
