Abstract
【解決手段】熱処理用治具1においては、中空の円筒形状を有する筒状体10の外周面に螺旋状に溝20が刻設されている。筒状体10はアルミナにて形成される。熱処理対象となる金属線は熱処理用治具1の溝20に沿って巻き付けられる。その金属線を巻き付けた熱処理用治具1を熱処理炉に装着して加熱処理を行う。所定の熱処理温度にまで昇温された金属線は熱膨張によって伸張するが、金属線は溝20に巻き付けられた状態で昇温されるため互いに接触することはなく、熱処理時における金属線同士の接着を防止することができる。

Claims (4)
- 熱処理対象となる金属線を巻き付ける熱処理用治具であって、
外壁面に前記金属線を巻き付けるための螺旋状の溝を周方向に沿って形成した円筒形状の筒状体を備え、
前記溝の深さは、室温にて前記溝に巻き付けられた前記金属線が所定の熱処理温度にまで昇温されて熱膨張したときに前記溝から隔離する長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする熱処理用治具。 - 請求項1記載の熱処理用治具において、
前記筒状体はアルミナまたはシリカにて形成されることを特徴とする熱処理用治具。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の熱処理用治具の前記溝に前記金属線を巻き付ける巻回工程と、
前記金属線を巻き付けた前記熱処理用治具を熱処理炉に装着して所定の熱処理温度にまで昇温する加熱工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする金属線の熱処理方法。 - 請求項3記載の金属線の熱処理方法において、
前記金属線は銀線であることを特徴とする金属線の熱処理方法。
