Description

−エンジンに結合された入力シャフトと、被駆動ユニットに結合された出力シャフトとを有する可変速比トランスミッション装置と、
−第1のカップリングがフライホイールに結合され、第2のカップリングが電気機械に結合された3つの入力/出力カップリングを備える3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置とを備えるパワートレインであって、
前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置の第3の入力/出力カップリングが、前記エンジン及び前記可変速比トランスミッション装置の前記入力シャフトに機械的に結合されることを特徴とする、パワートレインを開示する。
いずれの場合も、動力分割装置34に(上記の規則に基づいて)正のトルクが加わる。その結果、負のトルクが主駆動系から動力分割装置34に伝達される(このことは、逆に、正のトルクが動力分割装置34からフライホイール38に伝達されることを意味する。つまり、主駆動系が最初に正の方向に回転しているということは、主駆動系が加速して、実際に或る程度の追加のエネルギが得られることを意味する。繰り返しになるが、上記より明らかなように、エネルギ回収システムは、機械的にも電気的にも動作するので、2つの態様、機械的な態様及び電気的な態様の2つの態様において伝達及び蓄積される。

第1のカップリングがフライホイール(38)に結合され、第2のカップリングが電気機械(42)に結合された3つの入力/出力カップリング(36、40、44)を有する3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)とを備えるパワートレインであって、
前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)の第3の入力/出力カップリングは、前記エンジン(12)及び前記可変速比トランスミッション装置(18)の前記入力シャフト(16)に機械的に結合されていることを特徴とする、パワートレイン。 - 前記動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)は、サンホイール(37)、該サンホイールと同軸のリングホイール(41)、及び、該サンホイール及び該リングホイールと同軸のキャリア(43)を有する遊星ギヤであり、

- 前記フライホイール(38)と前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)とは、前記エンジン(12)に固定されたハウジング(62)内において、前記エンジン(12)の出力シャフト(14)の同軸上に取り付けられている、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記第1の電気機械(42)は、前記ハウジング(62)内において、前記エンジン(12)の出力シャフト(14)の同軸上に取り付けられている、請求項13に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記第1の電気機械(42)は、前記フライホイール(38)の軸と平行に取り付けられる、請求項13に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記フライホイール(38)と前記3方向動力分割トランスミッション装置(34)と前記第2の電気機械(58)とは、前記エンジン(12)に固定されたハウジング(62)内において、前記エンジン(12)の出力シャフト(14)の同軸上に取り付けられている、請求項6又は7に記載のパワートレイン。
- 前記フライホイール(38)は、前記遊星ギヤ(34)の前記サンギヤ(37)に結合され、前記エンジン(12)は、前記衛星ギヤキャリア(43)に結合され、前記第1の電気機械(42)は、前記リングギヤ(41)に結合される、請求項2に記載のパワートレイン。
