Claims (5)
- 一端に風力を受けるためのブレードを有して横方向に延び、ブレードとともに回転する主軸を回転自在に支持する風力発電機の主軸支持用ころ軸受であって、
外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪および前記内輪の間に配置される複数のころと、前記ころを収容するポケットを有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを備え、
前記保持器セグメントは、熱による線膨張係数を低下させるために、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維およびカーボンブラックからなる群から選ばれた充填材を20重量%以上40重量%以下含む樹脂製であり、
複数の前記保持器セグメントを周方向に無間隙に配置した場合に、最初に配置される保持器セグメントと最後に配置される保持器セグメントとの間にすき間を有し、
室温において、前記すき間の周方向の寸法は、前記保持器セグメントの中央を通る円の円周の0.075%よりも大きく、0.12%よりも小さい、風力発電機の主軸支持用ころ軸受。 - 前記樹脂は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンである、請求項1に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記樹脂の熱による線膨張係数は、1.3×10−5/℃以上1.7×10−5/℃以下である、請求項1または2に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記ころは、円錐ころである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のころ軸受。
- 風力を受けるブレードと、
その一端が前記ブレードに固定され、ブレードとともに回転する主軸と、
固定部材に組み込まれ、前記主軸を回転自在に支持するころ軸受とを含む風力発電機の主軸支持構造であって、
前記ころ軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪および前記内輪の間に配置される複数のころと、前記ころを収容するポケットを有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを備え、
前記保持器セグメントは、熱による線膨張係数を低下させるために、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維およびカーボンブラックからなる群から選ばれた充填材を20重量%以上40重量%以下含む樹脂製であり、
複数の前記保持器セグメントを周方向に無間隙に配置した場合に、最初に配置される保持器セグメントと最後に配置される保持器セグメントとの間にすき間を有し、
室温において、前記すき間の周方向の寸法は、前記保持器セグメントの中央を通る円の円周の0.075%よりも大きく、0.12%よりも小さい、風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
