Claims (1)
- 外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪および前記内輪の間に配置される複数のころと、前記ころを収容するポケットを有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の保持器セグメントとを備え、前記保持器セグメントは、樹脂製であり、前記樹脂は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンであり、前記樹脂は、熱による線膨張係数を低下させる充填材を含み、前記充填材は、少なくとも炭素繊維またはガラス繊維のいずれかを含み、前記樹脂の熱による線膨張係数は、1.3×10−5/℃以上1.7×10−5/℃以下であり、前記樹脂中の前記充填材の充填比率は、20重量%以上40重量%以下であり、前記ころは、円錐ころであり、前記外輪および前記内輪は、鋼製であり、前記保持器セグメントの熱による線膨張係数は、前記外輪および前記内輪のうち、少なくとも一方の熱による線膨張係数と同等であり、保持器セグメント間のすき間の寸法を調整する風力発電機の主軸支持用ころ軸受の保持器セグメント間のすき間調整方法であって、
第一の周方向長さを有する第一の保持器セグメントと、前記第一の周方向長さと異なる第二の周方向長さを有する第二の保持器セグメントとを予め準備し、
予め準備した少なくとも前記第一の保持器セグメントと前記第二の保持器セグメントとを組み合わせて、保持器セグメント間の周方向のすき間の寸法を調整する、風力発電機の主軸支持用ころ軸受の保持器セグメント間のすき間調整方法。
