Description
なお、上記の実施の形態においては、隣接する保持器セグメントの間にころを保持することにしたが、これに限らず、ころを配置しなくともよい。また、間座と保持器セグメントとの間に、ころを保持することにしてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 外輪と、
内輪と、
前記外輪および前記内輪の間に配置される複数の転動体と、
前記転動体を保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次当接するように連ねて配置され、周方向の端面のうち、軸方向の端部には、周方向外側に膨出した膨出部が設けられている複数の保持器セグメントと、
周方向に連ねた最初の保持器セグメントと最後の保持器セグメントとの間に配置される間座とを備え、
前記間座の周方向の端面のうち、軸方向の端部には、周方向外側に膨出した間座膨出部が設けられており、
風力発電機の主軸を支持する、風力発電機の主軸支持用転がり軸受。 - 前記膨出部は、前記連結部が周方向外側に延びた形状である、請求項1に記載の風力発電機の主軸支持用転がり軸受。
- 前記膨出部は、隣接する保持器セグメントとの間において、転動体を保持するポケットを形成する、請求項1または2に記載の風力発電機の主軸支持用転がり軸受。
- 前記膨出部は、周方向の両端部に設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の風力発電機の主軸支持用転がり軸受。
- 風力を受けるブレードと、
その一端が前記ブレードに固定され、ブレードとともに回転する主軸と、
固定部材に組み込まれ、前記主軸を回転自在に支持する風力発電機の主軸支持用転がり軸受とを有する風力発電機の主軸支持構造であって、
前記転がり軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪および前記内輪の間に配置される複数の転動体と、前記転動体を保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次当接するように連ねて配置され、周方向の端面のうち、軸方向の端部には、周方向外側に膨出した膨出部が設けられている複数の保持器セグメントと、周方向に連ねた最初の保持器セグメントと最後の保持器セグメントとの間に配置される間座とを備え、
前記間座の周方向の端面のうち、軸方向の端部には、周方向外側に膨出した間座膨出部が設けられている、風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
