Description
Claims (4)
- 風力発電機の主軸を回転可能に支持するためのころ軸受であって、
外輪と、
内輪と、
前記外輪および前記内輪の間に配置される複数のころと、
前記ころを保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、周方向外側には前記柱部が位置し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の樹脂製保持器セグメントと、
前記複数の保持器セグメントをすき間無く順次周方向に連ねた最初の保持器セグメントと最後の保持器セグメントとの間に配置され、最初の保持器セグメントとの間の最後すき間を、熱膨張による保持器セグメント間の押し合いを防止し、かつ保持器セグメント間の衝突による破損を防止するのに最適な範囲となるように調整するための間座とを備え、
前記保持器セグメントの周方向外側の端面は、平らであるか、または、その軸方向の中央部が軸方向の両端部よりも周方向外側に膨出しており、
前記保持器セグメントの線膨張係数は、2.5×10−5/℃以下であり、
前記最初の保持器セグメントと前記間座とのすき間の周方向の寸法は、周方向に連なった前記保持器セグメントの連結部を通る円の円周の0.15%未満である、ころ軸受。 - 前記保持器セグメントの材質は、充填材を含むPEEKである、請求項1に記載のころ軸受。
- 前記保持器セグメントの線膨張係数は、前記外輪、前記内輪または前記ころの線膨張係数と同等である、請求項1または2に記載のころ軸受。
- 風力を受けるブレードと、
その一端が前記ブレードに固定され、ブレードとともに回転する主軸と、
固定部材に組み込まれ、前記主軸を回転自在に支持するころ軸受とを有する風力発電機の主軸支持構造であって、
前記ころ軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記外輪および前記内輪の間に配置される複数のころと、前記ころを保持するポケットを形成するように軸に沿う方向に延びる複数の柱部、およびこの複数の柱部を連結するように周方向に延びる連結部を有し、周方向外側には前記柱部が位置し、前記外輪および前記内輪の間で周方向に順次連ねて配置される複数の樹脂製保持器セグメントと、前記複数の保持器セグメントをすき間無く順次周方向に連ねた最初の保持器セグメントと最後の保持器セグメントとの間の最後すき間を、熱膨張による保持器セグメント間の押し合いを防止し、かつ保持器セグメント間の衝突による破損を防止するのに最適な範囲となるように調整するための間座とを備えるころ軸受であって、
前記保持器セグメントの周方向外側の端面は、平らであるか、または、その軸方向の中央部が軸方向の両端部よりも周方向外側に膨出しており、
前記保持器セグメントの線膨張係数は、2.5×10−5/℃以下であり、
前記最初の保持器セグメントと前記間座とのすき間の周方向の寸法は、周方向に連なった前記保持器セグメントの連結部を通る円の円周の0.15%未満である、風力発電機の主軸支持構造。
