Claims (3)
- 無線周波識別で制御される加熱可能物体のためのRFIDタグアセンブリであって、
温度センサと、
前記温度センサと関連付けられた無線周波識別タグ60と、
前記温度センサと無線周波識別タグ60との間を接続するケーブル62とを備え、
且つ前記無線周波識別タグ60を封入するための一対のシェル160、160を用い、
前記温度センサは、ステンレス鋼のキャップ72内に埋込み材料により埋込まれて温度センサアセンブリ70を構成し、該温度センサアセンブリ70が加熱可能物体の本体120の肉厚内に構成されたトンネル122に挿入される構成とされており、
前記無線周波識別タグ60を内部に封入したシェル160は、加熱可能物体の取手40内に、絶縁体90で本体120と遮蔽された状態に収容される構成とされていることを特徴とするRFIDタグアセンブリ。 - ケーブル62は、導体が絶縁材料で覆われ、更にステンレス鋼シースで覆われた状態に構成され、このステンレス鋼シースがステンレス鋼キャップ72と溶接されることで、温度センサとそれに続くケーブル62の全体がスレンレス鋼で被覆された構成となっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFIDタグアセンブリ。
- 一対のシェル160、160内に無線周波識別タグ60を収容すると共に、該無線周波識別タグ60を封入材料で前記一対のシェル160、160内に封入する構成とし、
且つ前記一対のシェル160、160には、前記封入に先立ってケーブル62を一対のシェル160、160内に受け入れ且つ前記無線周波識別タグ60と接続するための開口部166及び該開口部166に続くトラフ168とを構成してあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のRFIDタグアセンブリ。
