Description
Claims (13)
- 透明パネル上に窓用デフロスタを形成する方法であって、
ロボット塗布機構を提供するステップと、
前記透明パネル上に第1および第2の母線を形成するために、前記ロボット塗布機構から連続した線として導電性インクを塗布するステップと、
複数のグリッド線を形成するために、前記ロボット塗布機構から導電性インクを塗布するステップと、
前記第1および第2の母線を、その交差部で前記複数のグリッド線と電気的に相互接続するステップと
を含み、前記第1の母線が、
(1)閉じたフレームを形成するために導電性インクを線状に塗布し、その後に、前記閉じたフレームを導電性充填材料で充填するステップ
(2)導電性インクを連続して線状に塗布し、且つ複数の互いに狭い間隔の線を相互に接続して、ジグザグパターン状の線区画を形成するステップ
のうちのいずれか一つのステップにより形成され、
前記第2の母線が、
(1)閉じたフレームを形成するために導電性インクを線状に塗布し、その後に、前記閉じたフレームを導電性充填材料で充填するステップ
(2)導電性インクを連続して線状に塗布し、且つ複数の互いに狭い間隔の線を相互に接続して、ジグザグパターン状の線区画を形成するステップ
のうちのいずれか一つのステップにより形成される、方法。 - 前記グリッド線が、前記母線に対して直角に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- すべての前記グリッド線が、前記第1及び第2の母線と交差する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一部の前記グリッド線が、前記第1及び第2の母線の一部と交差する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- グリッド線と母線との各交差部に電気接続部が作成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性充填材料が、前記導電性フレームと同じ材料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性充填材料が、前記導電性フレームの材料より低い粘度である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各グリッド線と前記閉じたフレームとの交差部に電気接続部が作成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- すべての前記グリッド線が、すべての線区画と交差する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一部の前記グリッド線が、一部の前記線区画と交差する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各グリッド線と各線区画との交差部に電気接続部が作成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記透明パネルが、ガラスとプラスチック樹脂の一方で作成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック樹脂が、ポリカーボネート樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリアリレート樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、およびポリスルホン樹脂、ならびにその共重合体および混合物からなる群から選択される1つを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
