Description
本発明に係るガラス電極はpH電極1に限られず、例えば、塩化物イオン、フッ化物イオン、硝酸イオン、カリウムイオン、カルシウムイオン、ナトリウムイオン、アンモニウムイオン、シアン化物イオン、硫化物イオン、ヨウ化物イオン、臭化物イオン、銅イオン、カドミウムイオン、鉛イオン、チオシアン酸イオン、銀イオン等の各種のイオン選択性電極であってもよい。また、ガラス電極と比較電極とを一体化した複合電極や、複合電極に更に温度補償電極を加えて一体化した一本電極であってもよい。

Claims (5)
- イオン応答するガラス膜の表面に、アナターゼ型の二酸化チタンを含有する薄膜が形成してあり、
前記薄膜は、全体が連続して一体となった多孔質からなる膜構造を有し、前記膜構造を形成するアナターゼ型の二酸化チタンと、前記膜構造中に分散されたアナターゼ型の二酸化チタン微粒子とを含有していることを特徴とする応答ガラス。 - 前記薄膜は、アナターゼ型の二酸化チタン微粒子を5〜50mol%含有している請求項1記載の応答ガラス。
- 前記薄膜は、前記ガラス膜の略半球状の先端部表面に形成してあり、膜構造を形成する二酸化チタンと、前記膜構造中に分散しているアナターゼ型の二酸化チタン微粒子と、を含有している請求項1又は2記載の応答ガラス。
- 前記薄膜は、コバルト、ニッケル、タングステン、銅、白金、金、銀、及び、鉄からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属を含有している請求項1、2又は3記載の応答ガラス。
- 請求項1、2、3又は4記載の応答ガラスを備えていることを特徴とするガラス電極。
