- 液体が流通可能な液絡部基体の表面に、二酸化チタンが付着している液絡部。
- 前記液絡部基体は、多孔質からなる請求項1記載の液絡部。
- 前記液絡部基体は、貫通孔を有している請求項1記載の液絡部。
- 請求項1、2又は3記載の液絡部を備えている比較電極。
- 請求項1、2又は3記載の液絡部の製造方法であって、
溶媒中でチタン化合物に加水分解を行い、コーティング溶液を生成する溶液生成工程と、
前記液絡部基体の表面に前記コーティング溶液を塗布する塗布工程と、
得られたコーティング膜を焼結する焼結工程と、を備えている液絡部の製造方法。 - 請求項3記載の液絡部の製造方法であって、
バインダに二酸化チタン粉末を分散して分散液を生成する分散液生成工程と、
前記分散液を前記液絡部基体の貫通孔の孔内表面に塗布する塗布工程と、を備えている液絡部の製造方法。 - 請求項3記載の液絡部の製造方法であって、
バインダを前記液絡部基体の貫通孔の孔内表面に塗布する塗布工程と、
二酸化チタン粉末を気体中に浮遊させて、前記孔内表面に塗布された前記バインダに付着させる浮遊工程と、を備えている液絡部の製造方法。
