Description
Claims (5)
- 複合部品を製造する方法であって、
以下のサブ工程を備える表面アモルファス含浸材料テープを準備し、
−繊維材料で強化された半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の連続的なテープ(PR)を前進させ、上記半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂は、融点Tfを有し、及び複合部品用に最適化された既定の結晶化度容量を有する、
−アモルファス熱可塑性樹脂の2つの連続的なテープ(P2S、P2I)を、半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂のテープの反対側からそれぞれ前進させ、上記アモルファス熱可塑性樹脂は、半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の融点Tfより下のガラス転移温度Tgを有し、
−アモルファス樹脂のテープを溶融させる温度で、半結晶樹脂の外側表面のみにて半結晶樹脂のテープを溶融させる温度へ半結晶のテープ及びアモルファスのテープを加熱し、並びに、それらのテープが単一の連続的な圧縮されたテープ(PR’)へ接合するように、半結晶樹脂のテープに対してアモルファス熱可塑性樹脂のテープをロール加圧し、
−この圧縮されたテープを冷却し、
表面アモルファス含浸物質テープの複数の層を、アモルファス熱可塑性樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgを超える温度で半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の融点Tfより下の温度にて、自動的にラミネートを行う、
ことを備えた、複合部品の製造方法。 - 複合部品を製造する方法であって、
以下のサブ工程を備える表面アモルファス含浸物質テープを準備し、
−半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の連続的なテープ(P1)を前進させ、上記半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂は融点Tfを有し、
−アモルファス熱可塑性樹脂の2つの連続的なテープ(P2S、P2I)を、半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂のテープの反対側からそれぞれ前進させ、上記アモルファス熱可塑性樹脂は、半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の融点Tfより下のガラス転移温度Tgを有し、
−アモルファスのテープ及び半結晶樹脂のテープが溶融するように、半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の融点Tfより上の温度へ半結晶のテープ及びアモルファスのテープを加熱し、並びに、それらのテープが単一の連続的な圧縮されたテープ(P)へ接合するように、半結晶樹脂のテープに対してアモルファス熱可塑性樹脂のテープをロール加圧し、
−繊維材料(F)を前進させ、
−強化テープ(P’)を製造するように、上記圧縮されたテープに上記繊維材料を含浸させ、及び
−半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の融点Tfより下の温度に達するまで上記圧縮されたテープを冷却し、該冷却は、半結晶樹脂のアモルファス化を防ぐのに十分に低い冷却速度にて行われる、
表面アモルファス含浸物質テープの複数の層を、アモルファス熱可塑性樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgを超える温度で半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂の融点Tfより下の温度にて、自動的にラミネートを行う、
ことを備えた、複合部品の製造方法。 - 上記半結晶の熱可塑性樹脂はPEEKである、請求項1又は2に記載の複合部品の製造方法。
- 上記アモルファス熱可塑性樹脂はPEIである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の複合部品の製造方法。
- 上記繊維材料は炭素繊維から構成される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の複合部品の製造方法。
