Description
Claims (6)
- 片側に締付け部を有しており、シャフトの軸方向で反対の側に、少なくとも1つの交換可能な工具部品および該工具部品を固定する少なくとも1つの締付け要素を備えた作業領域を有するシャフトから成るリーマであって、
前記工具部品は、長さ(L)が最高で25mm、幅(B)が最高で8mm、厚さ(H)が最高で約4mmの超硬合金からなる回転式の切削プレート(1)として形成されており、
前記切削プレート(1)は、その長手方向に直交する断面で見て平らな据付け面(2)と、主切れ刃(5、5’)および副切れ刃(7)を形成する逃げ面(3、3’)と、すくい面(4)と、締付け要素のための凹面の押さえ面(D)とを有する輪郭を有し、
前記切削プレート(1)は、シャフト軸とほぼ平行に位置合せ可能で切削に使用可能な副切れ刃(7)と、切込み部(6)と、を有しており、
前記切込み部は前記シャフト軸に対して角度を有し、リーマの送り方向(V)の末端側で少なくとも1つの主切れ刃(5、5’)を備えている、リーマにおいて、
切削プレート(1)が、主切れ刃(5)から少なくとも0.02mmの間隔をあけた切込み部(6)の領域内の主切れ刃(5)側のすくい面(4)内で、少なくとも1つの切削陥凹部(8)を有することを特徴とするリーマ。 - 切削プレートは、シャフト長手軸に対する角度が10°〜80°で、長さが最高で4mmの、少なくとも1つの主切れ刃(5)を備えた切込み部(6)を有しており、主切れ刃(5)から軸に平行な副切れ刃(7)への移行部が、段状もしくは多角形もしくは丸く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリーマ。
- 切削プレート(1)の切込み部(6)は、シャフト軸に対する角度が異なる少なくとも2つの主切れ刃(5、5’)を有しており、切削プレート(1)のすくい面(4)内の切削陥凹部(8)が主切れ刃(5、5’)に対して垂直方向に異なる幅(9、9’、9’’、9’’’)の複数の領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリーマ。
- 切込み部(6)内の主切れ刃(5、5’)の移行部(51)の領域で、該移行部は主切れ刃(5、5’)の屈曲する箇所を含む領域であって、切削陥凹部の幅(9’’’)が所々で減少していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリーマ。
- 切削陥凹部の最小幅(9’’’)が0.15mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリーマ。
- 1つまたは複数の切削陥凹部(8)が0.03mmより大きく0.16mmより小さい最高深度を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のリーマ。
