Abstract
本发明涉一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,包括承载座、承载工作台、升降驱动机构、定位板、切削刀具及刀架,承载工作台和升降驱动机构均安装在承载座上表面,定位板位于承载工作台正并通过若干连杆与升降驱动机构连接,定位板上设出料槽,切削刀具位于定位板正下方并通过刀架与定位板相互连接。本发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,定位能力好,面可灵活满足多种厚度的纸质、塑料等材质板材的成型切削作业,且切削作业的工作效率高,从而极大的改善并提高了板材裁切成型加工的工作效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸质包装箱生产设备,确切地说是一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置。
背景技术
目前在生产纸质包装箱时,经常需要对纸板、发泡塑料板等板材进行裁切成型加工作业,以满足对不同结构结构使用的需要,在实际的生产作业中,当前所使用的裁切设备往往均采用的传统结构的模裁机构,虽然可以一定程度满足生产的需要,但在裁切作业时普遍存在着诸如,板材裁切面表面质量较差,裁切精度相对较低、板材裁切时仅能满足部分厚度较小板材裁切作业的需要以及裁切时,刀具无法根据裁切需要灵活调整裁切结构等缺陷,从而严重影响了对板材进行裁切成型作业的工作效率和加工精度,因此针对这一现象,迫切需要开发一种发明的板材模裁装置,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,该发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,定位能力好,面可灵活满足多种厚度的纸质、塑料等材质板材的成型切削作业,且切削作业的工作效率高,在满足切削作业的同时,另可有效的提高切削后板材的出料及转运能力,从而极大的改善并提高了板材裁切成型加工的工作效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,包括承载座、承载工作台、升降驱动机构、定位板、切削刀具及刀架,承载工作台和升降驱动机构均安装在承载座上表面,其中承载工作台与承载座上表面通过转台机构铰接,承载工作台和承载座上表面平行分布,升降驱动机构至少两个,其轴线与承载座上表面垂直分布,并与承载工作台其中一个侧表面相抵,且各升降驱动机构均以承载座上表面轴线对称分布,定位板位于承载工作台正上方并相互同轴分布,定位板与承载工作台上表面平行分布,并通过若干连杆与升降驱动机构连接,且定位板轴线与升降驱动机构轴线相互垂直分布,每个升降驱动机构分别与一条连杆相互连接,定位板上设出料槽,且出料槽与定位板同轴分布,切削刀具位于定位板正下方并通过刀架与定位板相互连接,切削刀具包括基体、主切屑刃和辅助切削刃,基体、主切屑刃和辅助切削刃为一体式结构,其中基体至少三个并与定位板下表面垂直分布,相邻基体间通过棘轮机构铰接并构成与出料槽同轴分布的闭合的环状结构,且基体厚度为1—50毫米,主切屑刃和辅助切削刃位于基体下表面上,并高出基体下表面至少2毫米,辅助切屑刃为正三角形结构,其顶尖高出主切屑刃前端面至少3毫米,且辅助切削刃若干,嵌于主切削刃中并与主切削刃间隔分布,相邻两辅助切削刃间间距为辅助切屑刃高度的1—3倍,刀架包括定位块、驱动滑轨及滑块,定位块至少两个,安装出料槽内表面并环绕出料槽轴线均布,驱动滑轨通过转台机构与定位块铰接,且每个定位块上均设一条驱动滑轨,驱动滑轨轴线与出料槽轴线呈0°—60°夹角,滑块嵌于驱动滑轨上并与驱动滑轨滑动连接,滑块另与切削刀具的基体侧表面连接。
进一步的,所述的升降驱动机构为液压缸、气压缸及丝杠结构中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述的基体外表面设至少一条电加热丝,且所述的电加热丝环绕出料槽轴线均布。
进一步的,所述的主切屑刃和辅助切削刃的纵向截面均为楔形结构、等腰三角形结构中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述定位板上表面设至少两个半导体制冷装置,且各半导体制冷装置均环绕定位板轴线均布。
进一步的,所述的定位板及承载工作台均为网板状结构。
本发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,定位能力好,面可灵活满足多种厚度的纸质、塑料等材质板材的成型切削作业,且切削作业的工作效率高,在满足切削作业的同时,另可有效的提高切削后板材的出料及转运能力,从而极大的改善并提高了板材裁切成型加工的工作效率。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所述的一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,包括承载座1、承载工作台2、升降驱动机构3、定位板4、切削刀具5及刀架6,承载工作台2和升降驱动机构3均安装在承载座1上表面,其中承载工作台2与承载座1上表面通过转台机构7铰接,承载工作台2和承载座1上表面平行分布,升降驱动机构3至少两个,其轴线与承载座1上表面垂直分布,并与承载工作台2其中一个侧表面相抵,且各升降驱动机构3均以承载座1上表面轴线对称分布,定位板4位于承载工作台2正上方并相互同轴分布,定位板4与承载工作台2上表面平行分布,并通过若干连杆8与升降驱动机构3连接,且定位板4轴线与升降驱动机构3轴线相互垂直分布,每个升降驱动机构3分别与一条连杆8相互连接,定位板4上设出料槽9,且出料槽9与定位板4同轴分布,切削刀具5位于定位板4正下方并通过刀架6与定位板4相互连接。
本实施例中,所述切削刀具5包括基体51、主切屑刃52和辅助切削刃53,基体51、主切屑刃52和辅助切削刃53为一体式结构,其中基体51至少三个并与定位板4下表面垂直分布,相邻基体51间通过棘轮机构铰接并构成与出料槽9同轴分布的闭合的环状结构,且基体51厚度为1—50毫米,主切屑刃52和辅助切削刃53位于基体51下表面上,并高出基体51下表面至少2毫米,辅助切屑刃53为正三角形结构,其顶尖高出主切屑刃52前端面至少3毫米,且辅助切削刃53若干,嵌于主切削刃52中并与主切削刃52间隔分布,相邻两辅助切削刃53间间距为辅助切屑刃53高度的1—3倍。
本实施例中,所述的刀架6包括定位块61、驱动滑轨62及滑块63,定位块61至少两个,安装出料槽9内表面并环绕出料槽9轴线均布,驱动滑轨62通过转台机构7与定位块61铰接,且每个定位块61上均设一条驱动滑轨62,驱动滑轨62轴线与出料槽9轴线呈0°—60°夹角,滑块63嵌于驱动滑轨62上并与驱动滑轨62滑动连接,滑块63另与切削刀具5的基体51侧表面连接。
本实施例中,所述的升降驱动机构3为液压缸、气压缸及丝杠结构中的任意一种。
本实施例中,所述的基体51外表面设至少一条电加热丝10,且所述的电加热丝10环绕出料槽9轴线均布。
本实施例中,所述的主切屑刃52和辅助切削刃53的纵向截面均为楔形结构、等腰三角形结构中的任意一种。
本实施例中,所述定位板4上表面设至少两个半导体制冷装置11,且各半导体制冷装置11均环绕定位板4轴线均布。
本实施例中,所述的定位板4及承载工作台2均为网板状结构。
本发明在具体实施时,首先根据裁切需要,一方面调整切削刀具与定位板间的距离,另一方面调整切削刀具的具体结构,然后将带裁切板材在承载工作台上定位,然后通过升降驱动机构驱动定位板做压下运动,驱动切削刀具对板材进行切削作业,在进行切削作业时,首先有辅助切削刃对板材表面进行局部切削,破坏板材表层的整体结构强度,然后再由辅助主切削刃对板材进行整体裁切成形,经过裁切后的成品板材嵌于切削刀具中,边角料则保留在承载工作台上,然后将承载工作台上的边角料清理掉并换上新的待裁切板材并定位,然后通过升降驱动机构驱动定位板做压下运动,驱动切削刀具对板材进行切削作业,在进行切削作业时,新裁切下的板材驱动之前裁切并保存在切削刀具内的成品板材向上运动,然后将新裁切的板材和之前的板材一同暂存在刀具中,在反复的切屑过程中,成品板材则可沿着切削刀具轴线方向逐步向上运动,并最终从定位板的出料槽处排出,从而有效实现切屑成品板材与边角料板材同时处理作业的目的。
除此之外,在切削过程中,另可根据板材的材料特性,通过电加热丝和半导体制冷装置对切削刀具和板材的切削温度进行调整,以到达提高切削效率的目的。
本发明结构简单,使用灵活方便,定位能力好,面可灵活满足多种厚度的纸质、塑料等材质板材的成型切削作业,且切削作业的工作效率高,在满足切削作业的同时,另可有效的提高切削后板材的出料及转运能力,从而极大的改善并提高了板材裁切成型加工的工作效率。

1.一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,其特征在于:所述包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置包括承载座、承载工作台、升降驱动机构、定位板、切削刀具及刀架,所述的承载工作台和升降驱动机构均安装在承载座上表面,其中所述的承载工作台与承载座上表面通过转台机构铰接,承载工作台和承载座上表面平行分布,所述的升降驱动机构至少两个,其轴线与承载座上表面垂直分布,并与承载工作台其中一个侧表面相抵,且各升降驱动机构均以承载座上表面轴线对称分布,所述的定位板位于承载工作台正上方并相互同轴分布,所述的定位板与承载工作台上表面平行分布,并通过若干连杆与升降驱动机构连接,且所述的定位板轴线与升降驱动机构轴线相互垂直分布,每个升降驱动机构分别与一条连杆相互连接,所述的定位板上设出料槽,且所述的出料槽与定位板同轴分布,所述的切削刀具位于定位板正下方并通过刀架与定位板相互连接,所述的切削刀具包括基体、主切屑刃和辅助切削刃,所述的基体、主切屑刃和辅助切削刃为一体式结构:所述的基体至少三个并与定位板下表面垂直分布,相邻基体间通过棘轮机构铰接并构成与出料槽同轴分布的闭合的环状结构,所述的主切屑刃和辅助切削刃位于基体下表面上,并高出基体下表面至少2毫米,所述的辅助切削刃若干,嵌于主切削刃中并与主切削刃间隔分布,相邻两辅助切削刃间间距为辅助切屑刃高度的1—3倍;
所述的刀架包括定位块、驱动滑轨及滑块,所述的定位块至少两个,安装出料槽内表面并环绕出料槽轴线均布,所述驱动滑轨通过转台机构与定位块铰接,且每个定位块上均设一条驱动滑轨,所述的滑块嵌于驱动滑轨上并与驱动滑轨滑动连接,所述的滑块另与切削刀具的基体侧表面连接;
所述的基体外表面设至少一条电加热丝,且所述的电加热丝环绕出料槽轴线均布;
所述定位板上表面设至少两个半导体制冷装置,且各半导体制冷装置均环绕定位板轴线均布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动滑轨轴线与出料槽轴线呈0°—60°夹角,所述的基体厚度为1—50毫米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,其特征在于:所述的辅助切屑刃为正三角形结构,其顶尖高出主切屑刃前端面至少3毫米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,其特征在于:所述的升降驱动机构为液压缸、气压缸及丝杠结构中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,其特征在于:所述的主切屑刃和辅助切削刃的纵向截面均为楔形结构、等腰三角形结构中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种包装蜂窝纸板或珍珠棉的模裁装置,其特征在于:所述的定位板及承载工作台均为网板状结构。
