Claims (11)
- 内燃機関(2)と、
前記内燃機関(2)に新しいガスを供給する新気ガスシステム(3)と、
前記内燃機関(2)から排気ガスを取り除く排気ガスシステム(4)と、
取出点(11)で、排気ガスシステム(4)から排気ガスを取り除くと共に、その取り除いた排気ガスを導入点(12)で前記新気ガスシステム(3)に投入する排気ガス再循環システム(5)と、を備えた、特に自動車の内燃機関システム(1)であって、
前記排気ガスシステム(4)は、前記取出点(11)の下流に配設されると共に、当該排気ガスシステム(4)の流路の断面を制御する排気ガスバルブ(14)を有し、
前記排気ガスバルブ(14)は、高速切り替えバルブとして設計され、
前記排気ガスバルブ(14)は、予め決められた排気ガス再循環率を達成するために、衝撃のような圧力衝撃を発生させるよう、前記内燃機関(2)の排気ガスの流動に同期して動的に制御されることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記排気ガスバルブ(14)は、不連続操作バルブとして設計され、そのバルブ部材が、反対方向に移動することによって、少なくとも2つの予め決められた制御位置間を切り替えることができる、又は、連続操作バルブとして設計され、そのバルブ部材が、同一方向に移動することによって、少なくとも2つの異なった制御位置を通って動くことを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記排気ガスバルブ(14)は、前記排気ガス再循環システム(5)において、予め決められた周期で制御可能にされていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記取出点(11)は、前記排気ガスシステム(4)に配設された排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のタービン(7)の上流に配置されており、
前記導入点(12)は、前記新気ガスシステム(3)に配設された排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のコンプレッサ(8)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記取出点(11)は、前記排気ガスシステム(4)に配設された排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のタービン(7)の下流に配置されており、
前記導入点(12)は、前記新気ガスシステム(3)に配設された排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のコンプレッサ(8)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし3の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記取出点(11)は、前記排気ガスシステム(4)に配設された排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のタービン(7)の下流に配置されており、
前記導入点(12)は、前記新気ガスシステム(3)の排気ガスターボチャージャ(6)のコンプレッサ(8)の上流に配置されていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし6の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記導入点(12)は、前記新気ガスシステム(3)に配設された新気ガスクーラ(16)の上流に配置されていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし7の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記排気ガス再循環システム(5)の流路の断面を制御する再循環バルブ(17)は、前記排気ガス再循環システム(5)における前記導入点(12)の上流に配設されていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし8の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記新気ガスシステム(3)の流路の断面を制御する新気ガスバルブ(18)は、前記新気ガスシステム(3)における前記導入点(12)の上流に配設されていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし請求項9の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記排気ガスシステム(4)において、ダンピングボリューム(21)は、前記取出点(11)の上流に配設されており、及び/又は、
前記排気ガスシステム(4)において、ダンピングボリューム(23)は、前記排気ガスバルブ(14)の下流に配設されており、及び/又は、
前記新気ガスシステム(3)において、ダンピングボリューム(25)は、前記導入点(12)の上流又は新気ガスバルブ(18)の上流に配設されており、及び/又は、
前記新気ガスシステム(3)において、ダンピングボリューム(27)は、前記導入点(12)の下流に配設されていることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。 - 請求項1ないし請求項10の何れか1項に記載の内燃機関システム(1)において、
前記排気ガスバルブ(14)は、50ミリ秒よりも短い時間で、その開閉が切り替えられることを特徴とする内燃機関システム(1)。
