Description
等の食用ワックス類またはこれらにグリセリン脂肪酸エステルを加えたものが使われているが、これらの懸濁化剤は主として有効成分の分散性、充填物の粘度等、ソフトカプセル剤の製剤上の理由により選択されたものであって、有効成分の生物学的利用率の点から選択されたものではないのが現状である。
適宜の内容物をゼラチン等のソフトな外皮部によって被膜してなるカプセル剤において、このカプセル剤は、健康食品、食品として適用されるものであり、
且つ前記内容物は、内容物全体の配合量5〜20%のグリセリン脂肪酸エステル及び配合量1〜10%の水素添加加工油脂の組み合わせによって、水溶性ビタミンを懸濁化することにより、血漿中濃度曲線下面積(AUC)を向上させ、且つ尿中排泄率を増加させ、水溶性ビタミンの生体内利用率を向上させるようにしたことを特徴として成るものである。
以下、本発明の最良の形態について、表及び図面を参照しながら説明する。
本発明の生物学的利用能を向上させたソフトカプセルは、ソフトな外皮部と、この外皮部によって被膜されて成る内容物とを具えて成り、外皮部としては、ゼラチンの他、デンプン、カンテン等の素材が適用され得る。一方、内容物としては、健康(補助)食品等の有効成分が含まれるものであり、以下、その組成物について主に説明する。
またグリセリン脂肪酸エステルについては組成物全体の約5〜20%程度、水素添加加工油脂については組成物全体の約1〜10%程度、配合するものである。因みに、検体Aでは、有効成分を懸濁化するグリセリン脂肪酸エステルと水素添加加工油脂とを、内容物全体の12.5%配合している。
また投与後3、6、12、24時間後において、検体A投与群のビタミンC の血漿中濃度は、検体B 投与群のそれを上回った(図1参照)。
〔実施例2〕
0mgに相当する量(試料200mg/kg)を経口投与し、ビタミンB2の体内動態を調べた。その結果を図3に示す。なお本図3では、上記図2と同様に、投与後の尿中排泄量を累積して表した。
Claims (4)
- 適宜の内容物をゼラチン等のソフトな外皮部によって被膜してなるカプセル剤において、このカプセル剤は、健康食品、食品として適用されるものであり、
且つ前記内容物は、内容物全体の配合量5〜20%のグリセリン脂肪酸エステル及び配合量1〜10%の水素添加加工油脂の組み合わせによって、水溶性ビタミンを懸濁化することにより、血漿中濃度曲線下面積(AUC)を向上させ、且つ尿中排泄率を増加させ、水溶性ビタミンの生体内利用率を向上させるようにしたことを特徴とする生物学的利用能を向上させたソフトカプセル。 - 前記水素添加加工油脂は、植物由来または動物由来であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生物学的利用能を向上させたソフトカプセル。
- 前記植物由来の水素添加加工油脂には、植物由来の食用油脂類について水素添加または部分的に水素添加した食用精製加工油脂のうちの一種または複数種の混合物が適用されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の生物学的利用能を向上させたソフトカプセル。
- 前記動物由来の水素添加加工油脂には、動物由来の食用油脂類について水素添加または部分的に水素添加した食用精製加工油脂のうちの一種または複数種の混合物が適用されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の生物学的利用能を向上させたソフトカプセル。
