Description
Claims (4)
- プライマリプーリと、セカンダリプーリと、前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、溝幅に応じてプーリとの接触半径が変化するベルトとを備えた無段変速機と、
エンジンと前記プライマリプーリとの間に介装され、前記エンジンから前記プライマリプーリへ伝達されるトルクを調整可能なクラッチと、を備える車両の前記無段変速機を制御する無段変速機の制御装置において、
シフトレバーの操作位置に応じた信号を出力するインヒビタスイッチと、
前記プライマリプーリの回転速度を検出し、パルス信号を出力するプライマリプーリ回転速度センサと、
前記シフトレバーが走行位置にある場合に、前記クラッチを締結状態から非締結状態へ変更するかどうか判定するクラッチ締結判定部と、
前記シフトレバーが走行位置にあり、かつ前記クラッチを前記締結状態から前記非締結状態へ変更する場合に、前記クラッチの油圧を第1所定油圧からオープン制御で減少させる第1油圧制御部と、
前記オープン制御中にパルス信号を出力した時の前記クラッチの第1油圧を検出する第1クラッチ油圧検出部と、
前記オープン制御で前記クラッチの油圧を減少させた後に、前記クラッチの油圧を、前記第1油圧から第2所定油圧を減算した第2油圧に保持する第2油圧制御部と、
前記第2油圧と基準油圧との第1偏差を算出する偏差算出部と、
前記第1偏差に基づいて、前記第1所定油圧を補正する第1所定油圧補正部と、を備える無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記第2油圧制御部は、前記プライマリプーリ回転速度センサによってパルス信号が出力されてから第1所定時間後に、前記クラッチの油圧を前記第2油圧に保持する請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記クラッチを前記締結状態から前記非締結状態へ変更する場合に、前記オープン制御を開始してから第2所定時間の間は、前記プライマリプーリ回転速度センサによるパルス信号の出力を中止するパルス信号出力中止部を備える請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記プライマリプーリ回転速度センサによってパルス信号が出力されてから前記第1所定時間後の前記クラッチの第3油圧を検出する第2クラッチ油圧検出部を備え、
前記第2油圧制御部は、前記第3油圧と前記第2油圧との第2偏差と、所定値と、を比較し、前記第2偏差が前記所定値よりも大きい場合には、前記オープン制御を開始してから、前記第1所定時間および前記第2所定時間よりも大きい第3所定時間経過した後に前記クラッチの油圧を前記第2油圧に保持する請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
