Description
Claims (5)
- プライマリプーリと、セカンダリプーリと、前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、溝幅に応じてプーリとの接触半径が変化するベルトと、を備えた無段変速機構と、
エンジンと前記プライマリプーリとの間に介装され、前記エンジンから前記プライマリプーリへ伝達されるトルクを調整可能なクラッチと、
前記無段変速機構を走行レンジやニュートラルレンジやパーキングレンジの中立位置に切り換えるシフトレバーと、を備えた車両の無段変速機の制御装置において、
前記プライマリプーリの回転速度を検出してパルス信号を出力するプライマリプーリ回転速度センサと、
車両停車時に、前記シフトレバーを走行レンジに保持したまま、前記クラッチを締結状態から非締結状態へ変化させるアイドルニュートラル制御を実行すると共に、前記アイドルニュートラル制御実行中に同アイドルニュートラル制御を終了して前記クラッチを非締結状態から締結状態へ変更させる否かを判定するクラッチ締結判定手段と、
前記クラッチ締結判定手段によって前記クラッチを非締結状態から締結状態へ変更すると判定された場合に前記クラッチに供給する油圧を前記クラッチの無効ストローク分を減少させた後の油圧である所定油圧から高くする油圧制御手段と、
前記クラッチ締結判定手段によって前記クラッチを非締結状態から締結状態へ変更すると判定された場合に前記クラッチを非締結状態から締結状態へ変更すると判定してから前記プライマリプーリ回転速度センサによって出力された前記パルス信号の数をカウントするパルスカウント手段と、
前記パルスカウント手段によってカウントした前記パルス信号の数が第1所定値となった場合の到達時間を算出するパルス到達時間算出手段と、
前記到達時間に基づいて前記所定油圧を補正する油圧補正手段と、を備えた無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記油圧制御手段は、オープン制御によって前記所定油圧から前記クラッチに供給する油圧を高くすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記油圧補正手段は、前記到達時間が基準時間よりも長い場合には、前記所定油圧を高くし、前記到達時間が前記基準時間よりも短い場合には、前記所定油圧を低くすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
- 前記到達時間と前記基準時間との偏差の絶対値を算出する偏差算出手段を備え、
前記油圧補正手段は、前記偏差と第2所定値とを比較し、前記偏差が前記第2所定値よりも、連続して所定回数大きい場合に、前記所定油圧を補正することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。 - 前記車両が停車している路面の勾配を検出する勾配検出手段と、
前記路面の勾配が所定勾配以上である場合には、前記パルス信号の数のカウントを禁止するカウント禁止手段と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の無段変速機の制御装置。
