Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、ベルト式無段変速機において、プライマリプーリ11にエンジン1からのトルクを選択的に伝達するクラッチ41、42と、プライマリプーリの回転数を検出するパルスセンサ23と、車両停止時に、クラッチを非締結状態から締結状態へ変化させ、締結状態へ変化するときにパルスセンサが出力するパルス信号を検出し、その時のクラッチに作用する油圧に基づいて、クラッチが締結状態へと切り換わる締結油圧を推定する制御手段20と、を備えた。

Claims (3)
- 油圧に応じて溝幅が変化する入力側のプライマリプーリと、
油圧に応じて溝幅が変化する出力側のセカンダリプーリと、
前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、前記溝幅に応じてプーリ接触半径が変化するVベルトとを備えたベルト式無段変速機において、
前記プライマリプーリにエンジンからのトルクを選択的に伝達するクラッチと、
前記プライマリプーリの回転数を検出するパルスセンサと、
車両停止時に、選択された走行レンジに対応して前記クラッチを非締結状態から締結状態へ変化させ、締結状態へ変化するときに前記パルスセンサが出力するパルス信号を検出し、最初に検出したパルス信号の検出時の前記クラッチに作用する油圧に基づいて、前記クラッチが締結状態へと切り換わる締結油圧を推定する制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記締結油圧の推定を所定回数繰り返し、推定した締結油圧から最終的な締結油圧を設定し、この締結油圧に基づいて車両停止時の前記クラッチに作用する油圧を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機の油圧制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、車両停止時の前記クラッチの油圧を前記締結油圧より所定油圧だけ低い油圧となるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のベルト式無段変速機の油圧制御装置。
