Claims (6)
- 燃料電池装置における予熱装置であって、前記燃料電池装置が少なくとも1つの燃料電池ユニット(6)を備え、前記燃料電池ユニット(6)の燃料電池が、アノード側(7)と、カソード側(8)と、それらの間の電解質(9)とを含み、前記燃料電池装置が、前記アノード側(7)へ向かう少なくとも1つの燃料入口(1)と、前記カソード側(8)へ向かう酸素含有空気入口(11)と、脱硫ユニット(3)と、前記脱硫ユニット(3)の下流で前記アノード側(7)の上流に配置された改質装置(4)と、前記アノードおよび/またはカソード側の排ガスを燃焼させるためのアフターバーナ(14)とをさらに含み、前記アフターバーナ(14)には、前記燃料電池装置の少なくとも起動段階において燃料を前記アフターバーナ(14)に供給するための別の燃料入口流路(24)が設けられ、前記予熱装置が、少なくとも前記脱硫ユニット(3)および前記改質装置(4)を加熱するために前記アフターバーナ(14)から前記燃料電池装置の起動段階において別に供給される燃料の燃焼において発生した排ガスの少なくとも一部を導くための、前記アフターバーナ(14)から前記脱硫ユニット(3)へ導く流路(27)および前記アフターバーナ(14)から前記燃料改質装置(4)へ導く流路(29)をさらに備え、前記流路(27、29)には、それぞれ前記流路(27、29)の流量を調整するために調整弁(30)が設けられることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記脱硫ユニット(3)がケーシング(21)によって囲まれ、前記改質装置(4)がケーシング(23)によって囲まれ、前記ケーシング(21、23)が、それぞれ調整弁(30)を備えた流路(27、29)に連結されており、前記流路を通して前記アフターバーナ(14)の排ガスの少なくとも一部が前記ケーシング(21、23)に導かれるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予熱装置。
- 前記別の燃料入口流路(24)が、前記脱硫ユニット(3)の前において前記燃料入口(1)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の予熱装置。
- 空気流路(25)が、前記アフターバーナ(14)に追加の空気を導入するために前記別の燃料入口流路(24)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3のいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置。
- 前記アフターバーナ(14)の排ガスの少なくとも一部が、前記燃料電池装置の通常の動作時において、前記アフターバーナ(14)の排ガス流路(20)に連結されている流路(27、28および29)を通して、前記脱硫ユニット(3)のケーシング(21)、前記改質装置(4)のケーシング(23)、および前記燃料入口(1)内に位置するヒータ(22)に導かれるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の予熱装置。
- 前記別の燃料入口流路(24)および前記空気流路(25)を開閉するための調整弁(30)が、前記別の燃料入口流路(24)および前記空気流路(25)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の予熱装置。
