Claims (1)
- 磁気共鳴イメージング用無線周波数コイルであって、

前記有効コイル部材を実質的に囲むシールドコイル部材であって、前記シールドコイル部材が、該シールドコイル部材の断面寸法より小さい収縮断面寸法を備え、前記有効コイル部材の前記第1のオープン端部に隣接して配置される収縮オープン端部を持つ、シールドコイル部材とを有し、
前記有効コイル部材と前記シールドコイル部材とが、同心の一般に円筒形の形状を規定し、
前記シールドコイル部材の前記収縮オープン端部は、前記収縮断面寸法を規定する内径を持つフランジを含み、
前記無線周波数コイルに対するより大きなアクセス開口部を提供するよう、前記フランジが、前記一般に円筒形のシールドコイル部材から取り外し可能である1つ又は複数の取り外し可能フランジ部材を含み、
前記フランジが、前記一般に円筒形のシールドコイル部材に向かって延在するガードリングを含み、
前記ガードリングが、離間した環状の部材として前記一般に円筒形の有効コイル部材に向かって延在する、無線周波数コイル。
