Description
1.ポリエステル樹脂100質量部に、帯電防止剤としてN−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩を0.5〜3.0質量部と、多価アルコールと脂肪酸からなるエステルを0.5〜2.5質量部とを含有することを特徴とする吸水性樹脂を含まないポリエステル樹脂組成物。
本発明におけるポリエステル樹脂は、特に限定はなく、任意のジオール、ジカルボン酸、ヒドロキシカルボン酸からなる重合体を用いることができる。ジオールとしては例えば、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、1,3−トリメチレングリコール、1,4−ブタンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールなどを用いることができる。ジカルボン酸としては例えば、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、2,6−ナフタレンジカルボン酸、マロン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、コハク酸、アジピン酸、セバシン酸などが挙げられる。ヒドロキシカルボン酸としては例えば、乳酸、グリコール酸、クエン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、3−ヒドロキシ酪酸、p−ヒドロキシ安息香酸、p−(2−ヒドロキシエトキシ)安息香酸、4−ヒドロキシシクロヘキサンカルボン酸などが挙げられ、更に環状縮合体としてε−カプロラクトン、β−プロピオラクトン、β−メチル−β−プロピオラクトン、δ−バレロラクトン、グリコリド、ラクチドなどが挙げられる。
本実施例の評価にはポリエステル樹脂、N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩、多価アルコールと脂肪酸からなるエステルとして以下のものを用いた。
[ポリエステル樹脂−2]ポリエチレンテレフタレート(ダイヤナイトPA−500:三菱レイヨン社製)
[ポリエステル樹脂−3]GF強化ポリブチレンテレフタレート(ノバドゥール5010G30:三菱エンジニアリングプラスチックス社製)
[ポリエステル樹脂−4]ポリブチレンサクシネート(Gs−pla AD92W:三菱化学社製)
[N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩−2]N−ラウロイルグルタミン酸ナトリウム(アミソフトLS−11:味の素社製)
[N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩−3]N−ラウロイルサルコシン(N−ラウロイルサルコシン: 和光純薬工業社製)
[エステル−2]グリセリンモノステアレート(リケマールS−100:理研ビタミン社製):エステル化率 33%
[エステル−3]ポリグリセリンモノステアレート(リケマールS−71−D:理研ビタミン社製):エステル化率 33%
[試験−1]表面固有抵抗
試験片は100×100mm、厚さ0.1mmのものを使用した。室温20℃、湿度65%RHで1週間エージングした試験片を、同条件で極超絶縁計SEM−10型(東亜電波工業社製)により表面固有抵抗を測定した。印加電圧は500Vで1分後の値を読み取った。
試験片は45×40mm、厚さ0.1mmのものを使用した。室温20℃、湿度65%RHで1週間エージングした試験片を、同条件でSTATIC HONESTMETER S−5109型(シシド静電気社製)により測定した。印加電圧は9KV、印加時間10秒、放電高さ1.5cm、受電高さ1.0cm、円盤回転数1000rpmで行った。
試験片は45×40mm、厚さ0.1mmのものを使用した。Σ90 COLOR MEASING SYSTEM(日本電色社製)によりHAZE(濁度)を測定した。HAZE(濁度)が5以上のものを×、5未満のものを○とした。
上記ポリエステル樹脂−1、N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩、多価アルコールと脂肪酸からなるエステルを下記試験試料の所定量(表1に記載した)になるように良く混合して、T型ダイを備えた小型異方向二軸押出機により200℃にて溶融混練し、厚み0.1mmのフィルムを作製した。得られたフィルムを上記それぞれの試験に記載した大きさに切り分け、表面固有抵抗、半減期、HAZEを測定した。
上記ポリエステル樹脂−2、N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩、多価アルコールと脂肪酸からなるエステルを下記試験試料の所定量(表1に記載した)になるように良く混合して、T型ダイを備えた小型異方向二軸押出機により260℃にて溶融混練し、厚み0.1mmのフィルムを作製した。得られたフィルムを上記それぞれの試験に記載した大きさに切り分け、表面固有抵抗、半減期、HAZEを測定した。
上記ポリエステル樹脂−3、N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩、多価アルコールと脂肪酸からなるエステルを下記試験試料の所定量(表1に記載した)になるように良く混合して、射出成形機により270℃にて、100mm×100mm×2.0mmの平板を作製した。得られた平板を圧縮成形機により、270℃、5Mpaにて5分間圧縮し、厚さ0.1mmのプレスフィルムを作製した。得られたフィルムを上記それぞれの試験に記載した大きさに切り分け、表面固有抵抗、半減期、HAZEを測定した。
上記ポリエステル樹脂−4、N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩、多価アルコールと脂肪酸からなるエステルを下記試験試料の所定量(表1に記載した)になるように良く混合して、T型ダイを備えた小型異方向二軸押出機により160℃にて溶融混練し、厚み0.1mmのフィルムを作製した。得られたフィルムを上記それぞれの試験に記載した大きさに切り分け、表面固有抵抗、半減期、HAZEを測定した。
表2から明らかなように、本発明によれば、加工性及び透明性を良好に維持した上で、帯電防止性に優れた練り込み型帯電防止剤を含んでなる帯電防止性ポリエステル樹脂組成物及びそれからなるフィルム、シート又は成形品を提供できることが判る。
Claims (3)
- ポリエステル樹脂100質量部に、帯電防止剤としてN−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩を0.5〜3.0質量部と、多価アルコールと脂肪酸からなるエステルを0.5〜2.5質量部とを含有することを特徴とする吸水性樹脂を含まないポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- N−アシルアミノ酸及び/又はその塩を構成するアミノ酸が、グルタミン、グルタミン酸、グリシン、サルコシンから選ばれる少なくとも1種類であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のポリエステル樹脂組成物から成形されたことを特徴とするフィルム、シート又は成形品。
