Description
前記加熱ゾーン毎に設けたヒータと、前記加熱ゾーン毎に設けた温度センサーと、前記温度センサーからの入力を行う温度計測部と、前記ヒータの制御を行うヒータ制御部と、前記ヒータの目標温度を設定して記憶する目標温度設定部と、前記温度計測部が計測した前記加熱ゾーンの温度と、前記目標温度設定部で記憶した前記目標温度により、前記ヒータの温度制御を行う温度制御部と、を備え、
複数の前記加熱ゾーンを同時に昇温する際に各前記加熱ゾーンに仮の目標温度を設定して昇温させ、前記仮の目標温度に到達した時点で複数の前記加熱ゾーンの中からマスターゾーンを選択して、前記マスターゾーン以外の前記加熱ゾーンをスレーブゾーンとして、前記仮の目標温度到達以降で最終の前記目標温度までの昇温では、前記マスターゾーンの昇温到達度合いに基づき前記マスターゾーンと前記スレーブゾーンを昇温制御することを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の成形機の自動昇温制御方法の好ましい実施形態を実施するための成形機の構造例を示している。
また、加熱区間CH2の目標温度を最終目標温度SV2とする。
次に、図2と図4を参照して、図1に示す成形機10を用いて実施される本発明の成形機の自動昇温制御方法の第2の実施形態について、詳しく説明する。
加熱区間CH1の目標到達予測時間T1=(SV1−HV1)/{(HV1−PV01)/t1}であり、加熱区間CH2の目標到達予測時間T2=(SV2−HV2)/{(HV2−PV02)/t2}である。ただし、T1<T2と仮定する。
また、加熱区間CH2の目標温度を最終目標温度SV2とする。

Claims (3)
- 成形機のバレル部を複数に分割した加熱ゾーンで加熱する際に前記加熱ゾーンの昇温を制御する成形機の自動昇温制御方法であって、
前記加熱ゾーン毎に設けたヒータと、前記加熱ゾーン毎に設けた温度センサーと、前記温度センサーからの入力を行う温度計測部と、前記ヒータの制御を行うヒータ制御部と、前記ヒータの目標温度を設定して記憶する目標温度設定部と、前記温度計測部が計測した前記加熱ゾーンの温度と、前記目標温度設定部で記憶した前記目標温度により、前記ヒータの温度制御を行う温度制御部と、を備え、
複数の前記加熱ゾーンを同時に昇温する際に各前記加熱ゾーンに仮の目標温度を設定して昇温させ、前記仮の目標温度に到達した時点で複数の前記加熱ゾーンの中からマスターゾーンを選択して、前記マスターゾーン以外の前記加熱ゾーンをスレーブゾーンとして、前記仮の目標温度到達以降で最終の前記目標温度までの昇温では、前記マスターゾーンの昇温到達度合いに基づき前記マスターゾーンと前記スレーブゾーンを昇温制御することを特徴とする成形機の自動昇温制御方法。 - 前記マスターゾーンを選択する際に、複数の前記加熱ゾーンの中で温度上昇率が最も低い前記加熱ゾーンを前記マスターゾーンとし、前記マスターゾーン以外の前記加熱ゾーンを前記スレーブゾーンとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形機の自動昇温制御方法。
- 前記マスターゾーンを選択する際に、複数の前記加熱ゾーンの中で前記仮の目標温度から最終の前記目標温度への到達が一番遅いと予測される前記加熱ゾーンを前記マスターゾーンとし、前記マスターゾーン以外の前記加熱ゾーンを前記スレーブゾーンとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形機の自動昇温制御方法。
