Description
Claims (10)
- 溶融金属を金属インゴットに鋳造する方法で使用する分配装置であって、前記分配装置が、底部および長方形の壁を含んでなり、前記壁が、第一および第二の縦方向壁部分と第一および第二の交差壁部分とを含んでなり、前記底部が、使用の際に、溶融金属が前記分配装置の中に供給される入口区域および少なくとも一個の底部開口部を有し、前記第一および第二の交差壁部分が、第一前面開口部および第二前面開口部をそれぞれ有しており、前記分配装置が、第一および第二デフレクタプレートをさらに含んでなり、前記第一デフレクタプレートが、前記底部開口部と前記第一縦方向壁部分との間に伸び、前記第二デフレクタプレートが、前記底部開口部と前記第二縦方向壁部分との間に伸び、前記底部および前記壁が剛性材料から製造されている、分配装置。
- 前記第一および第二デフレクタプレートが剛性材料から製造される、請求項1に記載の分配装置。
- 前記第一および第二デフレクタプレートが、交差壁部分の方向にテーパー状に伸びている、請求項1または2に記載の分配装置。
- 前記第一および第二デフレクタプレートが前記入口区域に近接して位置する通路を備えることで、溶融金属を前記縦方向壁部分の方向に流すことが可能とされてなり、前記第一および第二縦方向壁のそれぞれが少なくとも一個の側方出口を備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
- 前記底部が、使用の際に前記底部開口部の下流に位置するデフレクタを備えている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
- 前記デフレクタが、使用の際に、前記溶融金属の流れの上流方向に傾斜している、請求項5に記載の分配装置。
- 前記デフレクタが、三角形の断面を有する、請求項5または6に記載の分配装置。
- 前記入口区域における前記底部が、少なくとも一個の通し穴を備えている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
- 前記分配装置中の少なくとも一個の開口部、出口または通し穴が、メッシュカバーを備えている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
- 前記分配装置中の全ての開口部、出口または通し穴が、メッシュカバーを備えている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の分配装置。
