Claims (2)
- ガスが充填されるタンク本体を構成する樹脂製ライナーに形成された円筒状の口部と前記口部の内周側に組み付けられる口金部材との間にOリングを有するタンクであって、
前記口部内には、前記樹脂製ライナー成形時においてインサート成形されるインサートリングが設けられ、
前記インサートリングには、内周側と外周側を連通する連通孔が複数設けられ、
前記インサートリングは、前記円筒状の口部の中心軸に対して略中央に固定されることを特徴とするタンク。 - ガスが充填されるタンク本体を構成する樹脂製ライナーに形成された円筒状の口部と前記口部の内周側に組み付けられる口金部材との間にOリングを有するタンクの製造方法であって、
前記樹脂製ライナー成形時において、前記口部内にインサートリングをインサート成形し、前記インサートリングを前記円筒状の口部の中心軸に対して略中央に固定し、
前記インサートリングには、内周側と外周側を連通する連通孔が複数設けられていることを特徴とするタンクの製造方法。
