図1から図5を参照して、実施の形態1における蓄電装置について説明する。本実施の形態における蓄電装置は、蓄電モジュールである。本実施の形態における蓄電モジュールは、複数の電池セルを含む電池モジュールである。
比較例2においては、介在部材の基体としての架橋ポリアクリル酸ポリマーに、液体としてシクロヘキサンを10重量%含ませたものを使用した。この介在部材を金属板と電池セルとの間に挟み込んで拘束した。
図3を参照して、実施の形態2における蓄電装置について説明する。本実施の形態における蓄電装置は、電池モジュールを備える。電池モジュールが、拘束部材および電池セルが積層された積層体を含み、積層体の内部に介在部材が配置されていることは、実施の形態1と同様である。本実施の形態における電池モジュールは、介在部材の構成が実施の形態1と異なる。
図6および図7を参照して、実施の形態3における蓄電装置について説明する。本実施の形態における蓄電装置は、電池モジュールを備える。本実施の形態における電池モジュールは、介在部材が配置されている位置が実施の形態1と異なる。
図8および図9を参照して、実施の形態4における蓄電装置について説明する。
図10を参照して、実施の形態5における蓄電装置について説明する。
Claims (8)
- 電気を蓄えるための蓄電セルと、
前記蓄電セルを挟むように拘束するための拘束部材と、
前記拘束部材と前記蓄電セルとの間の領域に配置されている介在部材と、を備え、
前記拘束部材は、所定の温度より低い温度において正の熱膨張係数を有し、
前記介在部材は、前記所定の温度より低い温度において前記蓄電セルの拘束荷重を高めるように形成され、
前記介在部材は、前記所定の温度より低い温度において負の熱膨張係数を有する、蓄電装置。 - 前記介在部材は、前記所定の温度より低い温度で第1の熱膨張係数を有する第1の構成部材と、
前記所定の温度より低い温度で第2の熱膨張係数を有する第2の構成部材と、を含む、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記介在部材は、基体および液体を含み、
前記基体は、親水性ポリマーまたは多孔質部材で形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記介在部材は、基体および液体を含み、
前記液体は、水を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記拘束部材および前記蓄電セルが積層されている積層体を備え、
前記介在部材は、前記拘束部材と前記蓄電セルとに接触するように配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記拘束部材および前記蓄電セルが積層されている積層体を備え、
前記介在部材は、2個の前記蓄電セル、または2個の前記拘束部材に接触するように配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の蓄電装置。 - 電気を蓄えるための蓄電セルと、
前記蓄電セルを挟むように拘束するための拘束部材と、を備え、
前記拘束部材は、所定の温度より低い温度において負の熱膨張係数を有する、蓄電装置。 - 前記拘束部材および前記蓄電セルが積層されている積層体を備える、請求項7に記載の蓄電装置。
