Claims (2)
- 発光層を陽極及び陰極で挟持して成る面状発光素子と、前記面状発光素子を保持する筐体と、前記陽極に陽極配線を介して接続する陽極端子と、前記陰極に陰極配線を介して接続する陰極端子と、を備えた発光モジュールであって、
前記陽極端子及び陰極端子は、前記筐体に少なくとも3個以上配置され、
第1の陽極端子及び陰極端子が、前記筐体の互いに対向する2辺のうちの一辺に、
第2の陽極端子及び陰極端子が、前記筐体の互いに対向する2辺のうちの他の辺にそれぞれ配置され、
第3の陽極端子が、前記対向する2辺を連接する一方の1辺に配置され、
第3の陰極端子が、前記とは他方の1辺に配置され、
前記対向する2辺のそれぞれに設けられた第1の陽極端子及び陰極端子と第2の陽極端子及び陰極端子とは、同極端子同士が対向していることを特徴とする発光モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の発光モジュールの複数個が互いに接続されて成る発光システムであって、
前記複数個の面状発光素子を並列に接続するとき、一の発光モジュールの前記第1の陽極端子及び陰極端子と、他の発光モジュールの前記第2の陽極端子及び陰極端子は、同極端子同士で電気的に接続され、前記第3の陽極端子及び陰極端子は、電気的に外部と遮断され、
前記複数個の面状発光素子を直列に接続するとき、一の発光モジュールの前記第3の陽極端子と、他の発光モジュールの前記第3の陰極端子は電気的に接続され、前記第1の陽極端子及び陰極端子と前記第2の陽極端子及び陰極端子は、電気的に外部と遮断されることを特徴とする発光システム。
