Description
Claims (10)
- 運転者によるステアリング動作のない段階及びその後の運転者のステアリング動作に応じて車両の運転者の疲労を検出する方法であって、
前記車両のハンドルの動きを、ハンドル角(x)として感知するステップ(ステップS1)と、
前記ステアリング動作のない段階の実行度合いの大きさを表す第1の値を、前記ハンドル角が所定のハンドル角間隔(ΔX)内にある時間間隔として検出するステップ(ステップS2)と、
その後のステアリング動作の実行度合いの大きさを表す第2の値を、ステアリング動作のない段階の後に続くハンドル角に関連する値として検出するステップ(ステップS3)と、
前記第1の値と第2の値を結合するステップ(ステップS4)と、
前記ステアリング動作が行われた間の運転者または環境の状況の分類に応じて重み係数が決定されて、前記第1の値と第2の値との結合と関連付けられるステップ(ステップS6)と、
前記重み係数によって重み付けられた第1の値と第2の値との結合の結果に基づき、運転者の疲労を検出するステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ステアリング動作のない段階の後に続くステアリング動作の実行度合いの大きさが、前記ハンドル角の最大勾配の形で取得される(ステップS3)ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の値が所定の最小値より大きく、かつ前記第2の値が所定の閾値を超えた場合に、前記結合が行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の値と前記第2の値との結合が、所定の測定時間間隔中の異なる時点(Ti、i=[1、2、...I]))に対して行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記測定時間間隔中の前記異なる時点における結合とそれに関連付けられた重み係数によって、重み付けられた結果を算出するステップ(ステップS7)をさらに備え、
運転者の疲労を検出する前記ステップは、前記重み付けられた結果を、前記重み付けられた第1の値と第2の値との結合の結果として、この結果に基づき、運転者の疲労を検出することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記運転者または環境の状況が、車両に設けられた複数のセンサからのデータを用いて又は車両内の制御操作入力に関係するデータを用いて、分類されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記運転者または環境の状況が、3つのクラスに分類されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記運転者または環境の状況が、運転者の疲労によってステアリング動作が引き起こされた状況、運転者の注意散漫によってステアリング動作が引き起こされた状況、又は環境によってステアリング動作が引き起こされた状況に分類されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 運転者の注意散漫によってステアリング動作が引き起こされた状況及び環境によってステアリング動作が引き起こされた状況の重み係数が、運転者の疲労によってステアリング動作が引き起こされた状況の重み係数より低いことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 車両の運転者の疲労を検出するための制御ユニット(100)であって、
前記車両の現在のハンドル角を感知するためのハンドル角センサ(110)と、
前記感知されたハンドル角に応じて、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うための制御装置(120)と、
本方法が行われている間に前記運転者の疲労が検出された場合に、音による及び/又は視覚的な警告メッセージを前記運転者に出力するための警告装置(130)と、
さらなるセンサ(112、114)とを有する制御ユニット(100)。
