Claims (5)
- ハウジング、その中にある差動歯車装置(8)、2つの同軸歯車装置(28,29)、及び2つの制御可能な摩擦クラッチ(26,27)を含む自動車用差動歯車装置統合体であって、差動歯車装置(8)が駆動可能な部材(9)と第1及び第2の従動部材(18,19)とを含み、同軸歯車装置(28,29)が、摩擦クラッチ(26,27)の係合程度に応じて、付加的なトルクを第1又は第2の従動部材(18,19)へ伝達するものにおいて、
a)同軸歯車装置(28,29)が、付属する摩擦クラッチ(26,27)の1つの側と相対回転しないように結合されかつ従動部材(18,19)と同心的な内歯歯車(60)として構成される第1の部材、及びそれぞれの従動部材(18,19)と相対回転しないように結合される第2の部材(61)をそれぞれ持ち、
b)各同軸歯車装置(28,29)の第2の部材(61)が太陽歯車であり、第3の部材(62)が歯環として構成され、この歯環の軸線(71)が第1及び第2の部材(60,61)の軸線(70)に対してずれており、この歯環が、第1の部材(60)とかみ合う外歯(66)、及び第2の部材(61)とかみ合う内歯(67)を持っている
ことを特徴とする、差動歯車装置統合体。 - 摩擦クラッチ(26,27)が、内側板(41)を保持する一次部分(40)及び外側板(51)を保持する二次部分(50)を含んでいるものにおいて、二次部分(50)がそれぞれの同軸歯車装置(28,29)の第1の部材(60)と構造的に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差動歯車装置統合体。
- 摩擦クラッチ(26,27)の二次部分(50)が鐘状体(52,52’)を形成し、この鐘状体の軸線に対して直角な部分(52)にそれぞれの同軸歯車装置(28,29)が続き、歯環(62)が摩擦クラッチ(26,27)から遠い方の側にカラー(63)を持ち、このカラーがハウジング(4)内に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の差動歯車装置統合体。
- 同軸歯車装置(28,29)が、その隣接する壁部分(4,52)を歯車油ポンプとして構成されて、第1の部材(60)及び/又は第2の部材(61)と歯環(62)との間に三日月状の島(75)を持ち、ハウジング(4)の隣接する部分に2つの開口(76,77)が設けられ、油溜め(86)から油を供給するための第1の油通路(87)、及びそれぞれの摩擦クラッチ(26,27)への接続を直接又は間接に行う第2の油通路(80)が、これらの開口(76,77)から出ていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の差動歯車装置統合体。
- 三日月状の島(75)が第2の部材(61)と歯環(62)との間に形成され、かつハウジング(4)に取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の差動歯車装置統合体。
