Description
Claims (14)
- 複数のシーケンスを含む、射出成形機の射出成形サイクルをシーケンシャルプログラミングする方法であって、
前記射出成形サイクルの前記シーケンスを調整モードにおいて手動で完全にまたは部分的に実行し、ティーチモードにおいて手動で完全にまたは部分的に実行する、射出成形機の射出成形サイクルをシーケンシャルプログラミングする方法において、
先ず前記調整モードにおいて前記射出成形機の一部を操作し、該操作された部分の機能について検査し、該検査において障害が識別された場合には該障害を除去して、前記操作された部分が正常に機能するまで操作を繰り返し、検査された部分を続けて前記ティーチモードにおいて所望の移動シーケンスに応じて再度操作し、該移動シーケンスを前記射出成形機の制御部に記憶することを特徴とする、射出成形機の射出成形サイクルをシーケンシャルプログラミングする方法。 - 前記射出成形機が実行すべき動作を前記ティーチモードにおいて、前記移動シーケンスのティーチ中に一緒にティーチする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ティーチモードにおいて、付加的な機能または補助的な機能を起動させるための開始条件をセットする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 閉鎖ユニットの部分の機能を検査し、該部分の移動シーケンスをティーチする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 噴射ユニットの部分の機能を検査し、該部分の移動シーケンスをティーチする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記調整モードにおいて、溶融されたプラスチックを射出ユニットから噴射し、該溶融されたプラスチックを検査し、該溶融されたプラスチックが所定の判定基準を満たすと、前記調整モードから前記ティーチモードに切り替える、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記ティーチモードにおいて到達した位置を自動的に識別し、前記制御部に記憶する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記ティーチモードにおいて、前記射出成形機の部分に関する駆動制御時間を前記制御部に入力する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 実行すべき前記動作を時間の入力によりティーチする、請求項2から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記動作を表す物理的なパラメータを該動作のティーチ中にディスプレイに表示する、請求項2から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記物理的なパラメータに関する目標値および許容値を前記ディスプレイに表示する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 個々のシーケンスを完全にまたは部分的に前記ティーチモードにおいて直接的に手動で実行し、移動シーケンスを前記射出成形機の制御部に記憶する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記射出成形サイクルに組み込まれる周辺機器が設けられており、該周辺機器の部分を同様に手動で前記調整モードにおいて操作し、続けて前記ティーチモードにおいて操作し、該周辺機器の移動シーケンスを前記制御部に記憶する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ティーチされた個々のシーケンスをエディタにより自由に組み合わせ、繰り返し実行し、個々の移動ステップから完全な機能シーケンスを作成する、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
