Description
本発明は、概して、航空車両地上サポートシステムおよび自動制御地上移動性に関する。本発明は、より詳細には、一体化システムおよび航空機の地上走行中に制御移動性を提供する方法に関する。
効率的な航空機整備および地上移動性を提供することは、航空産業において望ましい。ゲートへおよびゲートから地上走行すること、および様々な整備タスクを行うことに関する時間は、航空機が飛行に費やすことが可能な時間と直接関係がある。航空機がより多く飛行中であるなら、航空機に関連する潜在的利益はより高い。
本発明の一実施の形態は、航空機のための動力機首航空機ホイールシステムを提供する。システムは、航空機から延在する着陸装置を備える。ホイールおよびアクセルは、着陸装置に結合されている。ホイールは、機首着陸装置ホイールアクセルに結合されていてもよい。ホイールモータは、ホイールアクセルおよびホイールに結合されている。コントローラは、ホイールモータに結合されており、ホイールモータに対して電流、電圧および周波数を設定することにより、航空機の速度についてのパイロットの要求に応答して、要求速度を満足する。

Claims (7)
- 航空機のための動力機首航空機ホイールシステムであって、
航空機から延在する着陸装置と、
前記着陸装置に結合された少なくとも1つのホイールアクセルと、
前記少なくとも1つのホイールアクセルに結合された少なくとも1つのホイールと、
前記少なくとも1つのホイールアクセルおよび前記少なくとも1つのホイールに結合された少なくとも1つのホイールモータと、
前記少なくとも1つのホイールモータに結合され、前記少なくとも1つのホイールを回転させるコントローラと、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのホイールモータのロータのスピンにより、遊星歯車システムの遊星歯車が回転し、遊星歯車が回転すると、作動ネジに固定された太陽ギアが回転し、さらに作動ネジが該ホイールアクセルの回りを回転し、
該作動ネジの回転により、円錐クラッチが横に駆動され、
該円錐クラッチが前記少なくとも1つのホイールを前記少なくとも1つのホイールモータと係合させる、システム。 - 遠隔で生成された制御信号を受けて前記制御信号に応じて航空機を操縦する前記コントローラに結合されたレシーバをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記着陸装置は、航空機機首着陸装置である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 補助電源装置または地上電源および運搬システムをさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つのホイールモータは、前記補助電源装置または地上電源に結合されて、前記補助電源装置または地上電源から電力を受ける、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 制御信号を生成する誘導管制システムをさらに備え、
前記コントローラは、前記制御信号に応じて航空機を操縦する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記コントローラは、パイロットコマンド信号に応じて航空機を操縦する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのホイールモータは、モータ、ジェネレータおよびブレーキの少なくとも1つとして機能する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
