Claims (10)
- 電気機械(12)の多機能センサシステム(10)であって、
圧電振動センサ(16)と、
抵抗温度および部分放電センサ(16)と、
前記振動、抵抗温度、および部分放電センサを囲繞するパッケージング(18)と、
を備え、
前記圧電振動センサと前記抵抗温度および部分放電センサが、
2つの対向する表面(26、28)を備える圧電基板(20)と、第1対向表面の上に重なる第1側面電極(22)と、第2対向表面の上に重なる第2側面電極(24)を含み、
前記センサシステムが更に、
前記第2側面電極および前記第1側面電極の第1端部(34)に結合された第1同軸ケーブル(30)と、前記第2側面電極および前記第1側面電極の第2端部(36)に結合された第2同軸ケーブル(32)とを備える2つの同軸ケーブル(30、32)を備える、センサシステム(10)。 - 前記パッケージングが、10ミリメートル未満または10ミリメートルに等しい厚さを有する、請求項1記載のセンサシステム。
- 前記圧電振動センサが、前記抵抗温度および部分放電センサと一体式である、請求項1または2に記載のセンサシステム。
- 前記第1側面電極が蛇行形状を備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。
- 前記圧電基板が、モノリシック圧電基板および埋込みファイバ圧電基板のグループから選択される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。
- センサシステム(410)が、固定子スロットの隣接する固定子バー間に配置される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。
- センサシステム(310)が、固定子ウェッジと固定子バーの間において固定子スロットに配置される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。
- 前記第1又は第2同軸ケーブル(30、32)が前記第2側面電極(24)に結合し、
温度の感知に際し、前記第1側面電極(22)の前記第1端部(34)に結合された前記第1同軸ケーブル(30)と、前記第1側面電極(22)の前記第2端部(36)に結合された前記第2同軸ケーブル(32)に電流が注入され、
振動の感知に際し、前記第1側面電極(22)に結合された前記第1又は第2同軸ケーブル(30、32)と、第2側面電極(24)に結合された前記第1又は第2同軸ケーブル(30、32)とが信号線となり、
部分放電分析では、前記第1側面電極(22)の前記第1端部(34)および前記第2端部(36)に結合された前記第1及び第2同軸ケーブル(30、32)とが信号線となり、
前記圧電振動センサと前記抵抗温度および部分放電センサの示度は、多重化またはろ過により同時にまたは並行して得ることが可能である、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。 - 前記圧電基板、前記第1電極および前記第2電極、ならびに前記同軸ケーブルを固定するための成形コンパウンドとをさらに備える、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。
- 第2基板(220)、および前記第2基板の上に配置された第3電極(522)をさらに備え、前記第2電極が、前記圧電基板と前記第2基板の間に配置された接地平面を備え、前記圧電振動センサが、圧電基板ならびに前記第1電極および前記第2電極を備え、前記抵抗温度および部分放電センサが、前記第2基板ならびに前記第2電極および前記第3電極を備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のセンサシステム。
