なお、以下の説明において、「M*×**L」は、JIS(日本工業規格)に準拠した方法で標記したボルト(又はねじ)の種類を表すものとする。
タップ穴が加工され電解研磨処理が施されたステンレス鋼板(被締結具)に、サンプルを所定トルクで締め付けた後、当該サンプルを取り外す作業を繰り返し行い、かじりの発生の有無を確認した。サンプルの締め付けトルクは表1に示すように、M6サイズのサンプルについては12N・m、M8サイズのサンプルについては20N・mとした。
タップ穴が加工され電解研磨処理が施されたステンレス鋼板(被締結具)に、室温でサンプルを表1に示したトルクで締め付け、これを真空チャンバ内に入れて排気した後、所定の温度で1時間保持し、冷却した後、サンプルを取り外した。これを繰り返し行い、サンプルのかじりの発生の有無を確認した。上記所定の温度は、室温、200℃、300℃、400℃、500℃および600℃とした。実験の結果を表3および表4に示す。
上述した(評価例1)および(評価例2)において、実施例に係るサンプルの取外し時にダストが発生していないかを評価した。評価方法としては、ネジ部のポリイミド膜の剥がれ落ち、サンプルを取り外したときに発生するダスト(ポリイミド膜の脱落粉)を目視にて確認した。実験の結果を表5に示す。
M8×20Lサイズのボルトサンプルのうち、脱脂洗浄後ポリイミドコートを施したサンプル(実施例2)と脱脂洗浄のみ施したサンプル(比較例4)を用いて、ガス放出量を比較した。実験は、室温から昇温速度0.083℃/s、到達温度300℃、300℃到達後1分間保持という真空中加熱条件下で行った。実験結果を図2に示す。
Claims (4)
- 真空装置の組み立てに使用される締結具であって、
ネジ部と、
少なくとも前記ネジ部の表面に蒸着重合法により形成され大気中で加熱処理されたポリイミド膜と
を具備する締結具。 - 前記ネジ部の母材は、合金鋼、チタン、チタン合金、アルミニウム合金または鉄である請求項1に記載の締結具。
- 当該締結具は、ボルト、ナット、またはタップ穴を有する板材である請求項1に記載の締結具。
- 真空装置の組み立てに使用される締結具の製造方法であって、
ネジ部を有する締結具を脱脂洗浄し、
前記締結具を真空チャンバ内に設置し、
前記真空チャンバ内で、ポリイミドの蒸着重合被膜を前記ネジ部の表面に形成し、
前記蒸着重合被膜を大気中で加熱処理する
締結具の製造方法。
