Claims (3)
- チタン合金素材を溶体化処理し、次いで480℃から690℃の温度範囲で時効処理した後に、350℃から700℃の雰囲気ガス温度範囲でプラズマ浸炭処理を施して炭化チタンの硬化層を10μm程度の厚みに薄く調整して形成し、その後に転造加工によりねじ成形したものからなり、このねじ成形は、ねじ谷底部の加工硬化層を軟化せず圧縮応力を残留させて行なうねじ成形であるチタン合金ねじ部品。
- プラズマ浸炭処理の雰囲気ガスの圧力が、10〜2000Paの範囲にある請求項1に記載のチタン合金ねじ部品。
- 転造加工を、150℃〜350℃の温度域で行う請求項1または2に記載のチタン合金ねじ部品。
