Description
二軸スクリュー式押出機(温度プログラム160〜185℃/回転数140回転/分)を用いる。合成樹脂組成物を1mmの厚さのシート状物の状態で押出成形する。これをβ−線(1.8MIV−装置)の電子線照射の作用によって架橋させる。使用したビーム電流はそれぞれの実施例において次の通りである:実施例1では2.00[mA/m/分]4度;実施例2では1.75[mA/m/分]4度;実施例3では1.5[mA/m/分]4度;実施例4では1.75[mA/m/分]4度;実施例5では2.5[mA/m/分]4度。全ての電流表示は1mのスキャン長さに対応する。架橋したコンパクトシート材料の発泡を熱風炉で270℃で実施する。実施例1〜5の本発明の処方(数表示は重量部)を次の表に示す。
* 高分子成分(錯塩エステル)を含有し、105〜115℃の流動溶融点、<12の酸価、1.4〜1.6%のCa含有量、>260℃の引火点を有する固体の、金属セッケン含有の組合せ滑剤。
** 104〜110℃の高い融点、白色、純結晶質で、>280℃の発火点、<0.1の酸価、120℃で10mPa.sの粘度を有する硬質パラフィン。
*** 約105℃の融点および0.94の密度を有する粘弾性ワックス。
**** ペンタエリスリット−テトラキス(3−(3,5−ジ第三ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオナート;
***** トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート。
比較例1および2の処方を以下の表3に示す:

- ポリプロピレンをベースとし0.5〜12g/10分のメルトインデックスMFI(230℃/2.16kg)を有する50〜90重量%の合成樹脂およびポリエチレンをベースとし50g/10分より小さいメルトインデックスMFI(190℃/2.16kg)を有する10〜50重量%の合成樹脂を含有する、ポリオレフィンをベースとする密度0.03〜0.2g/cm3の合成樹脂発泡体材料において、該合成樹脂発泡体材料が架橋した20〜70重量%のポリオレフィン成分を含有しそしてポリエチレンをベースとする合成樹脂が2g/10分より小さくそして0.05g/10分より大きいメルトインデックスMFI(190℃/2.16kg)を有し、
珪酸カリウムアルミニウム、タルク、チョーク、カオリン、金属酸化物、特に二酸化チタン、および/またはカーボンブラックから選択される充填剤、及び
外部滑剤を含有し、外部滑剤が105〜115℃の流動溶融点を有する金属セッケン含有組合せ滑剤であることを特徴とする、上記合成樹脂発泡体材料。 - 架橋したポリオレフィンの割合がポリプロピレンをベースとする架橋した合成樹脂55〜95重量%およびポリエチレンをベースとする架橋した合成樹脂5〜45重量%を含有する、請求項1に記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- ポリプロピレンをベースとする合成樹脂がポリプロピレンの状態でおよび/またはプロピレンと他の不飽和コモノマー、特にα−オレフィンとのコポリマーの状態で存在する、請求項1または2に記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- ポリエチレンをベースとする合成樹脂がポリエチレンの状態および/またはエチレンと他の不飽和コモノマー、特にα−オレフィンとのコポリマーの状態で存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- イオン化照射源、特に電子線照射源を用いての架橋によって得られる請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- 架橋剤を含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- 架橋剤がジビニルベンゼン、エチルビニルベンゼン、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート、1,2,4−トリアリルトリメリテートおよび/またはトリアリルイソシアヌレートから選択する、請求項6に記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- 熱で分解し得る発泡剤によって得られる請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- 発泡剤がアゾジカルボンアミド化合物である、請求項8に記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- アゾジカルボンアミドが1,1−アゾビスホルムアミド、ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジドおよび/またはトルエンスルホニルヒドラジドである、請求項9に記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- ポリプロピレンをベースとする合成樹脂のメルトインデックスMFI(230℃/2.16kg)が約0.4〜0.9g/10分でありおよび/またはポリエチレンをベースとする合成樹脂のメルトインデックスMFI(190℃/2.16kg)が約0.5〜1.9g/10分である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。

- 外部または内部滑剤を約1〜5重量%の量で、特に約0.3〜2.0重量%の量で含有する請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載の合成樹脂発泡体材料を、飛行機、自動車における深絞り成形体として、自動車内装カバーまたは−内装カバー部材のために、特に配電盤またはダッシュボードのための深絞り成形体、円柱、自動車側部カバー、−ドア部カバー、−ポケットおよび/または−外部カバーに用いる方法。
