Claims (5)
- 複合材料を提供するのに用いられ、該複合材料は生物材料層(1)及び該生物材料層(1)の表面に付着した保護層(4)で構成される型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法において、
一面に接着層(2)が付着し、別の一面に固定層(3)が接合された該生物材料層(1)を所定の運行経路上で輸送する該生物材料層(1)の提供工程と、
熱溶状態の保護層(4)を熱押出して熱押出した保護層(4)を該生物材料層(1)の運行経路上で該生物材料層(1)と接触させる熱押出工程と、
熱押出された保護層(4)を冷却して該生物材料層(1)に付着させて該複合材料を形成する冷却工程と、
該接着層(2)と該固定層(3)を除去する除去工程と、
を包含することを特徴とする、型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法において、該保護層(4)の材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ジメタノール変性ポリエチレンテレフタレート、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、ポリウレタン、ポリプロピレン、ポリカーボネート、アモルファスポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリ塩化ビニル、アクリル、メタクリル酸メチルスチレン、アクリルニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリオキシメチレン、及びナイロンからなるグループより選択することを特徴とする、型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法において、該生物材料層(1)は、竹皮、木皮、獣皮、植物の葉からなるグループより選択することを特徴とする、型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法において、熱押出された保護層(4)を該生物材料層(1)と接触させた後、熱押出した該保護層(4)と該生物材料層(1)を少なくとも一組のカレンダー機構(7)で加工し、該保護層(4)を圧迫して該生物材料層(1)の上に均一に分布させることを特徴とする、型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法。
- 請求項4記載の型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法において、該カレンダー機構(7)の温度は該保護層(4)の凝固点より低いことを特徴とする、型内装飾用複合材料の製造方法。
