Description

製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法
一種製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,特別是利用熱押出技術令一保護層與一生物材料層結合的方法。
工業製品除了追求本身具有卓越的性能以外,為了提升商品的外觀、觸感,甚至於商品識別度,因而不斷的試圖透過外觀設計的創新以及美觀的設計以提升產品的定位與價格。而習知的工業製品,如手機或筆記型電腦,習知的材質可能為塑膠外殼,雖外表以塗料包覆,使其具有異於塑膠之表面色澤,但其觸感仍可明顯識別出塑膠之感覺,且長期使用或經過摩擦後,表面之塗料會被磨去而露出塑膠表面。整體而言,其塑膠單純經過塗料覆蓋的外觀與觸感不佳。
因此有習知的創作將生物材料(如木材、皮革等)與金屬材質結合,如中華民國專利證書第M321677號「外殼複合體之構造」,該前案揭示該外殼包含一表層及一底層,其中該表層可透過數位噴印或轉印圖案,而底層為一金屬片,該表層底面或底層表面之間設有一層接著劑,藉由該接著劑結合該表層與底層。該先前案件的表層可以為任意材質,依該先前案件的說明書所述,該表層可以為木皮、皮革或布。
而為了在塑膠或金屬等外殼上鋪上恰當尺寸的生物材料層,必須先製備一生物材料層,並且依外殼表面面積的差異,而製備出尺寸與外殼相配合的生物材料層。習知 的製備方式如圖1所示,係利用在一固定層3上表面佈上一黏著層2,在該黏著層2上黏貼該生物材料層1,並拼為適當的大小。例如可將複數竹片黏貼於該黏著層2上以構成一完整、尺寸恰當的生物材料層1。然後,再於該生物材料層1的表面黏貼上一保護層4,該保護層4對該生物材料層1起了定位、保護、增添色彩、亮度以及表面光滑度的作用。最後一個步驟就是將該固定層3以及黏著層2移除,由該保護層4固定生物材料層1以防止破裂。
然而,將該保護層4黏貼於該生物材料層1的步驟中,保護層4與生物材料層1常黏貼不良,在兩者之間產生複數氣泡8。必須耗費大量人力與時間將保護層4與生物材料層1之間的氣泡8推平。再者,在消除氣泡8的過程中可能會刮傷保護層4或生物材料層1。因此,將成形的保護層4黏貼在生物材料層1上的習知技術手段具有缺失,耗費了過多的人力時間,且良率較差。
由於習知的製造過程在黏貼保護層與生物材料層時容易產生瑕疵,且消除瑕疵耗費許多人力與時間,因而需要改善。本案的目的即在於提供一種改善的製造方法,用於提供已接合的保護層,並且透過改變製造的方法而減少瑕疵產生。
本案為一種製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,該方法係用於提供一複合材料,該複合材料由一生物材料層以及一附著於該生物材料層表面的保護層所組成,該方法包含一供應生物材料層的手段,係令該生物材料層於一預 定的運行路徑上被輸送;一熱押出熱熔狀態之保護層的手段,其中被熱押出之保護層於該生物材料層運行路徑上與該生物材料層相接;一令被熱押出之保護層冷凝附著於該生物材料層而形成該複合材料的手段。
透過上述的方法,可讓該保護層在熱熔狀態下與生物材料層接合,並且冷凝附著於該生物材料層而形成該複合材料,以減少兩者之間氣泡的產生。
本案為一種製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,該方法的實施過程請參閱圖2,圖2揭示了本案製造該複合材料的過程。該方法係用於提供一用於模內裝飾技術的複合材料,該複合材料由一生物材料層1以及一附著於該生物材料層1表面的保護層4所組成。該生物材料層1係選自竹皮、木皮、獸皮、葉子所構成之群組。該方法首先包含一提供生物材料層1的手段,係令該生物材料層1於一預定的運行路徑上被輸送,例如圖2所示該生物材料層1被帶動於一軌道6上運行。在提供生物材料層1的手段中,可在該生物材料層1的其中一面附著有一黏著層2,該黏著層2的另一面黏貼了一固定層3,令該黏著層2與固定層3固定該生物材料層1,以避免該生物材料層1鬆散破裂。接著還包含一熱押出熱熔狀態之保護層4的手段,可透過一熱押出機構5將熱熔狀態之保護層4擠出成薄膜狀。其中該保護層4係選自於由聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、二醇變性聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯、聚胺酯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、非结晶化聚 對苯二甲酸二醇酯、聚氯乙烯、壓克力、苯乙烯甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚苯乙烯、聚縮荃以及尼龍所組成的群組。上述被熱押出之保護層4於該生物材料層1的運行路徑上與該生物材料層1相接,並且在該保護層4與生物材料層1相接後,更提供一令被熱押出之保護層4冷凝附著於該生物材料層1而形成該複合材料的手段。保護層4在熱融狀態下押出後直接與生物材料層1相接,可減少氣泡的產生。並且更佳的實施手段如圖2所示,其中被熱押出之保護層4與該生物材料層1相接後,該熱押出之保護層4與該生物材料層1經過至少一組輥壓機構7壓迫該保護層4均勻分佈於該生物材料層1上。該輥壓機構7的溫度可低於該保護層4的凝點,令該保護層4經過輥壓後快速的完全凝固於該生物材料層1上。通過該輥壓機構7後,所形成的複合材料即包含了生物材料層1以及附著於該生物材料層1表面的保護層4,而由於該生物材料層1可利用該保護層4而定形,該生物材料層1另一面的黏著層2以及固定層3即可移除,以形成可投入模內裝飾製程的複合材料。或者該黏著層2以及固定層3可保留下來,而在後續製程中緩衝塑料射出時溫度與壓力,或者用於與其他材質黏結。
透過上述的方法,可讓該保護層4在熱熔狀態下與生物材料層1接合,並且冷凝附著於該生物材料層1而形成該複合材料,以減少兩者之間氣泡的產生。氣泡減少之後,產品的良率提升,亦可減少後續檢查與處理瑕疵的人力與時間。再者,由於上述的方法可利用自動化運行的軌 道6、熱押出機構5以及輥壓機構7執行,因此在製程中亦減少了人力,使該複合材料的製造成本下降許多。
雖然本申請案已以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本申請案,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本申請案之精神和範圍內而所作之些許更動與潤飾,皆應涵蓋於本申請案中,因此本申請案之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。
綜上所述,本申請案較習知技術增進上述功效,應已充分符合新穎性及進步性之法定創新專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 貴局核准本件發明專利申請案,以勵創作,至感德便。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,該方法係用於提供一複合材料,該複合材料由一生物材料層以及一附著於該生物材料層表面的保護層所組成,該方法包含:一供應生物材料層的手段,係令該生物材料層於一預定的運行路徑上被輸送,該生物材料層的其中一面附著有一黏著層,該黏著層的另一面黏貼一固定層;一熱押出熱熔狀態之保護層的手段,其中被熱押出之保護層於該生物材料層運行路徑上與該生物材料層相接;一令被熱押出之保護層冷凝附著於該生物材料層而形成該複合材料的手段;以及自該生物材料層移除該黏著層與該固定層。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,其中熱押出的保護層材質係選自於由聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、二醇變性聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯、聚胺酯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、非结晶化聚對苯二甲酸二醇酯、聚氯乙烯、壓克力、苯乙烯甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚苯乙烯、聚縮荃以及尼龍所組成的群組。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,其中該生物材料層係選自竹皮、木皮、獸皮、葉子所組成之群組。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,其中被熱押出之保護層與該生物材料層相接後,該熱押出之保護層與該生物材料層經過至少一組輥壓機構壓 迫該保護層均勻分佈於該生物材料層上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述的製備模內裝飾用複合材料的方法,其中該輥壓機構的溫度低於該保護層的凝點。
